Went to MOD on 2/8 just before 8:45pm. They close at 10 pm. When I walked in with my family, it looked like it was closed. I walked back out to check the closing time on the door, and there were no store hours posted. I checked Google maps and asked them, and they said they closed at 10. They restaurant is half closed down, and chairs and drinks are already cleaned and put away. We had 8 people, and we were treated like we were bothering them to be there. We had no were to sit other than the high top, which does not work for our family. I pulled out chairs that were already stacked and put away. We were treated like we were bothering they. They were all looking at us, talking with attitude, and did not care to hide it. They kept coming out and sweeping by us. It was rude and extremely uncalled for an hour before you closed. I get wanting to get a head of closing, but this was terrible. Also, I wondered if the order ticket was food grade. It transfered to the back of my kids' pizza. I can't recommend MOD when they actively promote political agendas. They should be in the business of making pizzas, not being an activist for liberals. Megan made our pizza experience tonight. They were in the middle of a cheese crisis and Megan still was so upbeat and happy and made our pizzas (and lil salad) with love from the heart. What a gem. I’ve been here twice now and waited about 45 minutes in line then an additional 30 minutes waiting for my pizza the first time they gave my order out wrong then he re made it on the “fly” and it was sloppy not even what I asked for and was spilling toppings all over then the second time about same wait time maybe even a little longer and my pizza is poorly cut, cheese sliding off just so disappointed that it’s so expensive but no care in the world to at least make it decently good. Mod pizza is a great place to have a custom pizza built. I like them because you pick your crust, your sauce and all the toppings then they fire it in a real brick oven. If you go there and are disappointed it’s on you because you design anything you want! Go check them out and let me know what you think! The place is clean and the crew is polite. Fun for couples or the entire family. Lots of out door seating.

Pizza was decent Id have it again but the service here wasn’t that good. I was just managing children and they managed to get the mad dog wrong and didn’t get multiple items on my pizza then gave it to use to go rather than dine in as I asked. Fantastic service! This location is amazing. The staff welcome us every time we set foot in the door and thank us on the way out. Our food is always prepared properly and quickly - and the place is always clean. We love coming to this location of MOD Pizza.

Best location around, seriously. Especially when compared to the store in Gilbert / San Tan Mall area this is like a different restaurant altogether. Really clean, friendly service, fast and great quality. I’ve never been there when they’re run out of ingredients (Gilbert runs out of basil and meats often), friendly staff that all seem to actually like their job, and the store was picked up and stocked well even at the very end of the night. Just okay. Pizza tasted and looked rushed and thrown together. Too much dough, and not enough cheese on my pizza. No uniformity. Almost half of my pizza was exposed dough without toppings. Chewy, bland but fresh tasting dough. Meat toppings were good but in the end I feel like I just ate nothing but chewy pizza dough. First time customer and I was not impressed. Papa John’s has better pizza. I don’t think I will return to MOD.

I have been wanting to try for a very long time. Tonight WAS the night. I walked in at 8:15 pm or so and was the only one in line only to be completely ignored by all staff. The two children making pizzas were too busy playing around to care even after I walked out and said it was first time trying and last time. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Can’t tell you about the food cause never made it that far. Will stick with Pieology! Superior service to this JOKE!
