I have visited the cafe so many times and had become their regular customer. Recently, i was really disappointed because they gave me wrong cake compared to what I customaed which has ruined our bday girl 🥹 I straightly complained to them. They were really sorry and compensate me. After all, I must say their quick action made us so happy especially from the manager. As usual, their food and cakes were so good! Thank your to the manager and all the staffs for the treat and great service. An air-conditioned restaurant, the dining area is quite large. The menu consist of western cuisine, price is more to the pricy side for some dishes. A good place to eat with family, but it doesn’t leaves much impression. However, the variety of desserts and breads do blown my mind away tho, the Hokkaido cupcake is so good. Nice place to have cakes, dining and chill. Food standards is quite good, especially soft shells crabs spaghetti. Drinks are decent as well. Beautifully decorated cafe. Might need to queue if you're here on peak hour. They hired many staff. Staff were attentive despite the crowd. Tomyam pasta was quite good. The prawns were fresh and quite big, but the scallop was really small. The chicken chop was OK, the sauce was good. The foods were decorated nicely. Coffees were not bad. Prices were above average. Probably the biggest bakery cum cafe in Kuantan. Bread are of good value and quality. Coffee is nice, strong and fragrant. Lots of bread, cakes and food served here. The cafe atmosphere could be improved with lowering of background music. Currently it’s a little loud causing every customer needing to speak louder. Overall causing the noise place to be rather noisy. Bought the bread 2 times in just 2 days. Need to return to try their savory meals. Would come again. New shop for food and bread in Kuantan. Plenty of seats available around 5pm. Staff wasn’t there to seat us and got to pay at the counter ourselves after eating. Lots of food and drinks to choose from the menu, but the one we ordered is abit too salty. Environment is nice but toilet is super dirty. Can already see the stains on the wall. 1stars!!!!! with this price range i can get tastier food, atmosphere bit noisy maybe new opening but renovation and worker are nice and friendly. Odered black pepper rice with cheese, spaghetti, and chicken roll. Taste nothing special especially black pepper rice are too soft and taste are so so only. Okinawa coffee and rosemantic are ok but portion are too less, there's lot of improvement space yet.
