Beer Battered Fries
Stopped in to give this place a try, and we were not disappointed. I tried the steak burger, which consisted of shredded steak on top of a burger patty. It was delicious, and yes, of course, I added bacon. The bun had a semi-sweetness that blended well with the cheese and burger toppings. I would certainly recommend giving them a try.

Steak Burger
This was my families first visit at this location. We ordered a queso appetizer which never came. I ordered steak with gravy and mashed potatoes. Our food took a long time to come. My food was barely warm. It wasn't good any way. I had asked for extra gravy which I didn't get and my steak should have had gravy on it, instead it was warm and dry. The mashed potatoes had gravy on them which I didn't want. I guess our food had been sitting because the waitress said she had a large party of 9 which required all of her attention. She apologized and said she was sorry it impacted our meal. My son had a Philly cheese steak sandwich. For whatever reason they put a lot of uncooked onions on it. The onions should have been sauteed. I only ate a couple of bites of my meal. It just wasn't good. I wasted $40 bucks. The waitress tried but the kitchen messed up the food and there weren't enough servers to work the tables. None of us will be coming back to this location.

Myself and my husband both go to Mugshots regularly. I can only hope that when you read the rude review that was done before this one, you can see through all of the bull. It's funny how the previous review says that every single staff member was horrible. That never happens in real life. You can usually find at least one or two people who are good. There are a TON of good people there that work hard and take care of customers. We always get great food, the bartenders are always great and the place is always clean. I am sure that if our food was wrong, they would be more than happy to replace it or take it off. As for the previous review thinking the server lied about her hearing loss, she did not and I know for a fact that if she didn't respond to their requests, then it was because she could not hear. Please don't let all negative reviews be taken as real and sincere. Not all are. These young kids that work there come from all walks of life and have never been anything but nice to us when we go in. I also have never seen one staff member ever act rudely to anyone. The hamburger that is like a philly cheesesteak is awesome and the fries are always super yummy! Great job Mugshots! Thanks for taking care of your customers, even those that are absolutely rude sometimes.

This past weekend, my family and I decided 2 gather at Mugshots Grill and Bar - Olive Branch, MS
It was a horrible experience. It started out ok UNTIL our server got another party. She completely ignored us for the rest of our dining experience. She stayed at the other table and took pics with the guests, maybe they were her family. Idk, but i will never patronize them again because of the poor treatment we received.
I had previously heard the restaurant is horrible when it comes to people of color. I’ve been a few times and never experienced it until then. We were completely ignored, a few of us never received food and once the food was finally brought out, they said they would take the food off the ticket since we waited so long. Our server spent all her time at other tables and every time we would try to get her attention she would walk right past us and give us an excuse about not being able to hear us because her hearing aides were dead. We waited over 30 mins for shots that another server had to bring us, we waited over 20 mins for lids, to go plates, ranch, etc. We waited for food over 40 mins while the other party received their food before us. (We ordered our food before they were even seated) we got plastic cups because they didn’t have any more clean cups and the party after us received real cups. Which is fine because they prob ain’t washing dishes n Clorox like we do anyway. My wings were poorly tossed in the sauce, most of the wing was still dry. After everyone paid and we were getting ready to leave, the manager and other employees bomb rushed our table saying we were leaving without paying. We all paid and our server knew exactly what we ordered however We never received receipts showing what we paid for. So if anything was left open, it wasn’t because we failed to pay, it’s because the server was so busy trying 2 cater to others while leaving us neglecting us, she obviously left items open on the table. While trying to explain to the manager about our experience, she was very disrespectful and in so many words, called us racist and threatened to call the police. I have never in life been so blatantly disrespected in a restaurant. I will never go back.
It saddens me that people become so stereotypical when it comes to serving us because they think we don’t tip. My folks tip on top of the already added gratuity if u treat of properly. Soooo many servers cheat themselves out of bigger and better tips by mistreating us just because of the color of our skin when in reality WE TIP BETTER!!!!

We go frequently, and always same good food. Drinks are nice size at a decent price. You get what you pay for basically.
