For the second time my order was wrong. The first time I ordered, I requested the carrots be grilled and it wasn’t. This second time around, I requested the teriyaki shrimp and carrot be grilled and that was once again not the case. I also ordered tapanyaki chicken with broccoli and over half the chicken pieces came with ligaments and the broccoli was so overcooked it was mushy. When I called, the only response I got was “sorry”. I know it is the cook’s responsibility not the server or hostess, but the restaurant did not bother to make right. I won’t be eating there ever again- all they care is the you paid regardless of whether the order is correct. The owner fails to hold the quality of the food to a high standard and the chef is incapable of making food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
