Amazing service from staff 🙌🏽. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm like a home 😁. Last but not least, the food was mouthwatering and delicious 🤌🏽. Especially with their new burger, with the Mozam Paprika and Mild sauce. I definitely recommend this restaurant on a Friday night or a Sunday Lunch. It's definitely worth it. Absolutely amazing! Brilliant 👌 took my family there one Friday evening during loadshedding and we had a good time the staff were nice the food was good and it looks very good inside and place is very clean and warm and beautiful! Only problem were the bakingsun shining straight on my seat late afternoon through the only window/door that had no shading. So I had to move because it got a bid hot in the sun! Love the new roll on the menu. Usually I order the sosaties but this time tried the new roll with pulled chicken, onion, fries and a cheese sauce on. Nice clean restaurant and toilets not locked like some other Nandos where staff must unlock it for the customers when they want to use it. Really used to love this place but you've gotten my order wrong AGAIN today. I ordered one meal hot and one meal lemon and herb... Both meals were hot and my wife couldnt eat it. We had to wash the chicken and put it in an air fryer for her. This isn't the first time. I'll definitely be checking my orders going forward, but your staff should do that too. Food cooked to perfection. I bought the half-chicken and mielies take away. The problem is that the half-chicken was so small it was no bigger than a chick. Please look into your supplier maybe they don't sell you the proper portions. Good day. I gave you all my details more than a week ago. Asked you a few days later to reply. Please reply! The service was poor. I ordered for a take out and waited on the bench in front for almost an hour. Three customers who ordered after me got their take out and dine in before me. Also, I could see four drive through cars receiving their orders while I was waiting. When I enquired about my order, it was under the cashiers bench the whole time. No one called out my order and I was simply ignored. When I asked why this was done, I just got apologies and no reason. The food was not good. It was tasteless and the portions were small. I had to make myself a toasted cheese sandwhich afterwards. I used to go through the drive through often and never experienced any issues. This was the first time I went inside for a take out. Will never go to this place again! The standard and quality of the service and food has dropped significantly! Very dissapointed. I REALLY love Nandos, but I realise now why I eat more from other franchises like McDonald's.... You guys are way to expensive and people vote with their feet 😣(if they are hungry they just want to fill the hungry spot in their tummy.... So they'll go where they spend less. The service from the lady at the drive thru and the ladies in the kitchen was EXCEPTIONAL! Even when my payment situation made things complicated and they had to reenter the order one item at a time, they made the experience not bad at all by being so kind and pleasant about the inconvenience. To be honest I'm not a 💯 percent fan of Nando's (the food) but once in a while I do pop in. They are a friendly team, and I always have funny friendly banter with the team when I place my order whether it is going through the drive through or entering the outlet.
