I enjoyed being there. The staff at the tills was not too welcoming, but after making my order, everything g went smoothly. Order quite a big order and I am happy it came just the way we’d wanted it. I ordered mild flavour and it was hotter than expected. The waiters are very friendly and they know their menu very well. I suggest you don’t go there on an empty stomach cause the chickens are really small, for guys you’d need at least half a chicken to get full. I removed one star cause they don’t have a menu with pricing and it ends up taking time asking the cashier the prices, if they had these available before hand, it would make the process of ordering faster.

While the outlet was renovated to match the world standard of Nandos, this outlet still has work to do! After having been to several Nandos franchises this is the Worst Nandos I have ever been to! I ordered quarter chicken and chips and the cashier didn’t even ask which portion i wanted leg or wing portion. The wing portion they served me tasted like it had been boiled some 3 days ago and had lemon and herb sauce dashed on top!! Chicken wasn’t fresh and very much far from the flame grilled chicken that the Nandos franchise is well known for. To add to the mockery the fries were cold! Lovely staff but all is haphazard there need management improvement. Example,customers collecting take aways mingle around those dining already. Too crowded at entrance.
