I was robbed in the drive thru at this Nando's by two males!... one car away from where I get my food.. while all this happened I hoot madly and yell to show I'm in trouble! And seriously NO ONE apparently heard or see anything??..I don't believe it for a second. Just unbelievable!! PLEASE DON'T BE IN THAT DRIVE THRU..YOU are trapped!! They have to open the sides so one can escape something like this! I saw and tried to get them away from my stuff..but was trapped and with NO ONE hearing me yelling and hooting ?? No ways. Something was very suspicious! BAD, REALLY BAD THERE!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very good food, the only issue I had was with their service. I ordered a boujee bowl the original one and they didn’t add the leaves I don’t know if They didn’t have them and instead of communicating they took advantage that it was a drive through and I will Mostly see when I get to my destination which was very wrong. I wish we get Pedros at Potch. I ordered around 8pm via Uber eats only to be called around 21:45 and be told there's no pap, I said rice is fine but after 5 minutes the App says the delivery guy couldn't deliver. My guess is they were lazy to do the order since it was now a few minutes till they close,then lied about the pap thinking I'll cancel the order, then probably told the delivery guy they're closing. Like why wait for 10pm when all the restaurants have closed. You should be ashamed of yourselves, if you don't want to work close the business. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Portions are a bit inconsistent at the Potch Nandos. Food is generally good quality. On this specific day, the cashier seemed a bit annoyed, didn’t really add to the service experience. Yoo, their drive through is too bad. They are very slow. Once you get to the collection window they will make you reverse and wait for 30+ minutes for your order. The staff has a great attitude towards the customers although they are all in the kitchen and no one is available to assist you when you place an order, a slight change will prove to be beneficial. But I'll just like to add that the spicy chips they serve are by far the best I've had, hopefully they can show the other Nandos franchises in small towns

Excellent experience. We got parking for our paraplegic mom, and food was served quick and fresh. There's ample sitting in the store. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
