It's a really beautiful place at the water. Nice view. I went there for late brunch, 12:30. The coffee came immediatly (and a bit too cold) but I waited more than 45 min for my vegan poke bowl. The tofu wasn't even fried, there was no sauce except for the soy sauce at the side (which tasted watery). The edamame were ice cold. The restaurant wasn't busy. Only three other tables where taken by couples. I didn't see the service once between getting my coffee and walking up to him myself to ask about my food about 40 min later. Making a fresh poke bowl from scretch at home wouldn't take more than 20 min, rice cooking included. The prices are quite high. I wanted to love this place after doing a mezcal tasting there. My party honestly wasn’t super hungry but we decided to give it a try after our tasting upon hearing the story of the owner. We ordered the gyoza and salmon sashimi. The gyoza was good but nothing impressive. The salmon barely tasted like it was sushi grade but I did enjoy the fried salmon skin that it was served with. The drinks weren’t good and that was quite unfortunate as they were pretty expensive. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $500–600 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
I wanted to leave a nicer review but I couldn’t. The reasons are: 1. The waitress automatically added on a 15% tip without letting us know when she charged our card, and without prior discussion (it was also not listed as automatically included on the menu, which would have been fair). The service was also quite slow and inattentive so we did not feel the tip was fair. 2. Also, the food left something to be desired. The vegetable poke bowl was lacklustre, small and overpriced at 170 pesos as it was mostly rice with very little topping. On a good note though, the double salmon roll was nice and the fish was fresh. The view is also good and the vibe is quite relaxing. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $200–300

Really cute ambiance and the best sushi we’ve had in all of Mexico so far. It’s still not the best sushi, but for what you can find in Mexico it’s pretty good. It is very overpriced though and I personally don’t think it’s worth the value, but if you are craving sushi this is probably the best you are going to get. I’d recommend the sashimi, fish is pretty fresh
Slightly out of town this lovely quiet place has its own little stretch of lakeside garden. After 3 weeks travelling we wanted a break from tacos and weren’t disappointed- good quality Japanese food in a cool setting and there’s enough veggie options to make a decent meal if you an earth friendly meal. Don’t believe the cute house dog whose eyes will tell you he hasn’t been fed in weeks- he’s fibbing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Honestly a different review for us. The service was amazing- as was the ambiance. The ramen was not good, and unfortunately that’s what we went there for. The sushi was good as was the saki. I feel bad giving less than stellar reviews but man we were excited for the ramen and it was a huge letdown Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best sushi we’ve eaten in a very long time! The prices are a bit high compared to other eateries, but totally worth it. Staff is very friendly and the outside seating is beautiful with a view on the lake. They also serve very tasty mescal cocktails. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Nice japanese restaurant with vegan option as well. It has beautiful backyard with a wonderful view at the lagoon. The food was delicious (vegan Rolls) and the staff was very friendly. Worth the visit! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
I've been there twice. The first time was just perfect. We had really good margaritas and sushi, the service was awesome. He was very attentive and nice. The second time we came to early for sushi (its from 2pm) so we had to eat breakfast. Our service was that day pretty bad. Maybe she just had a bad day, i hope that. She forgot stuff we ordered and actually i don't understand why their avocado toast is so expensive. The bread is kind of small and not much. We where stilm hungry after our breakfast there.
Nice walk from town center. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Had the chefs choice sashimi and two rolls. Great service from Marcos. Good vibe here. The dessert was a miss - ice cream had frost bite and the waffle was stale. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $500–600 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
