Was in the area and stop because read good reviews about the food. Have a outdoor terrace and indoor dinner with Nice decor. Seeing thru the menu their was many options that sound interesting. Our waiter recommend me the “carne frita with onions and guava sauce” it was good but I spected that the sauce was mixed with the meat and onions to burst the flavors but came a side. Second order was the skirt tacos it was very good. Finally the skirt with mas” malanga” was very good to. Also The mojitos was very good.
In general for the price and flavors of the food,is a very good alternative than “Chili’s” . (In my next visit will go for the Truffle mac&cheese with pork or ropa vieja… )

The food is very good. Some of the problems are consistency. Sometimes food is great. Sometimes, it is salty. The cod fish is salty. Malanga mashed was a little bit too hard. But, the rest of the food was very good.

I think this is the only fancy place in the area. They have great food options and friendly waiters. Is a nice place to just seat in the bar or groups.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a friendly and attentive server: Vladimir and the other hosts were amazing. Food is absolutely delicious, puerto rican cuisine with flair or “twist”. Make sure you order the cinnamon cake & ice cream dessert! I loved the decor and atmosphere. It was our first time visiting and it definitely surpassed our expectations. Will be back.

My group and I came across this restaurant by pure chance earlier today July 28th. We went there to have a birthday breakfast/brunch and the food and customer service were so good that we cancelled our dinner reservations at another restaurant in San Juan for later the same day so we could go back to Navitos for dinner.
***Brunch***
At brunch our waitress was Astrid and our waiter was Johant. Astrid was super polite and patient with our group as we tried to figure out what we wanted to get. She took the time to explain to us what the different items were and checked on us often to ensure everything was good. The entire time she was upbeat and gracious. After breakfast she even took the time out to write a list of recommendations of places to visit while in Puerto Rico. Johant also was just as excellent. He was a pleasure to work with. The service he and Astrid provided really convinced us to move our dinner plans to Navitos versus the restaurant we initially booked in San Juan.
***Dinner***
Our dinner reservation was set for 8pm but my group was a little delayed in getting there. We called ahead to let them know and the gentleman who answered the phone (I believe his name was Carlos) was courteous and understanding. He immediately knew who my group was and he even thanked me for giving them a heads up. Based on that interaction, I knew that the great customer service we experienced and brunch would continue at dinner. At dinner we were waited on by Carlos, Vladimir and Milagros. They were all excellent. Observing how they interacted with the guests and fellow colleagues in the restaurant, it was clear they all really enjoyed what they do. The food at both brunch and dinner were awesome. We especially enjoyed passion fruit mojitos, the chicken wings with the sweet chilli sauce and the tres leches cake that was recommended to us earlier by Astrid. The mofungo with the garlic and cheese sauces was delicious! The staff even came together to sing me happy birthday in Spanish and that was a pleasant surprise indeed! 😊😊
The staff at Navitos made our stay in Trujillo Alto even more memorable and we can't thank them enough. This will be our go-to spot going forward whenever we are in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷!
