We came here twice and had lovely meals both times! Delicious salad, meat dishes, plov, and soups. I enjoyed the complimentary chalap drink too. We love all of their tea selection and the compote is very refreshing. We were lucky to have the same server both times - Aksana made our dining experience so special! This restaurant looks absolutely fabulous from the outside, but especially from the inside. The booths are super cozy and perfect to sit down with your friends or family. It is beautifully decorated all over the place and the details are fantastic. When it comes to the food, it is really delicious and the menu is huge, so many choices. Staff is also really friendly. Highly recommended!

Welcoming, very polite, well behaved, attentive and well dressed staffs. There is a vast collection of food items and drinks including all beverages. Quite a pricy and we'll deserving one. Best ambience I have ever experienced in Kyrgyzstan, lights and designs was quite catchy and designed in such a way to provide privacy. Food quality and quantity was good and cleanliness was best. The best part is that they also have a online English menu.

Good menu selection and really tasty food, I had chicken and rice. You get a free shot of milk before your food. The wait was fairly long, but I wasn't in a hurry. Furnishings are nice as well as the WC. Well-mannered staff. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Navat never disappoints, big menu with loads of tasty traditional Kyrgyz dishes at good value, and most of all always very attentive and enthusiastic staff!

Nice vibe. Really comfortable outdoor sitting area. Didn’t try that many dishes but the ones we tried are good. Overall good experience.

The food is good, but the service is very very bad. The organisational structure seems to be overcomplicated, people carry food outside, but can't serve it. Food stands around and cools down in sight of the guests, but the one person permitted to carry things isn't around. Sometimes 4 people stare down at the pc outside. Tea is ordered but never arrives. Same with rice and bread. Sauces ordered with main dishes arrive after the dishes are finished. Something is fundamentally going wrong. Despite reading so many negative comments about the service quality at this restaurant I decided to visit this place and I had a completely different experience. The food was good and very similar to other restaurants of this branch which you can find both in Kazakhstan and Kyrgistan. What made my visit at this restaurant enjoyable and special was the excellent service which I received from the very first moment when I entrered. Everybody was making sure I found a nice table and they brought me immediately the menu and a welcome drink. The menu is not in English but easy to understand if you have spent some time in Central Asia. And then you have two wonderful hardworking young waitresses who speak English very well and do everything to help you with your order. Its true that it will take some time until your drink and food arrive, but thats not a surprise because the restaurant is big and very busy with both local and foreign guests. Conclusion : I received the by far best service at this restaurant during my whole trip in Central Asia and can therefore definitely recommend this place to everyone even if you dont speak or understand Russian.
