The best sushi in Taipei that I have ever had. Their fusion is unique and also delicious. The waiters are also very nice and kind. We brought a cake there and they politely asked us if we want to refrigerate the cake. The price is a bit too expensive but overall a nice experience. Will definitely go there again. Thought the cheesy french fries's portion was gonna be too little, but it came up pretty big. Authentic and delicious cali rolls. Clean and spacious environment. They also provide vegetarian options of the sushi rolls if you need it. Last order is 9pm but you can stay until 930 They closed at 930pm. It won’t be too crowded after 8 ish. We had the Signature BMW rolls. We enjoyed the tempura 🍤 in the sushi rolls, also the avocado and salmon on the top with extra dressings of sauce plus nuts are a huge highlight. The sushi roll has crunchiness but at the same time the texture is complex but amazing. The only thing for me that sort of disappointed, but mildly, which is I personally preferred COLD cali rolls, I know this is pretty personal and strange. We had lunch here, and it was the best sushi I had in a long time. We had the miso soup with eggs, sashimi salmon, and some rolls. Everything was delicious. Absolutely a Five starts sushi place with a very created menu. Japanese sushis with lively ingredients just like what you can get in the Northern California and use sauces, other than soy sauce such as mayonnaise. Your fishes will be nicely wrapped with colorful visual pleasantness plus good services. AND super reasonable price. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $200–400

An American style sushi in Taipei which isn’t that common to see. I would recommend the Korean style fried chicken as well as the oolong noodles. Sushi here is fresh and tasty. The interior is nice and clean with a modern mixed Japanese style. Would definitely recommend!!

Having a chance to eat vegetarian sushi that was both tasty and innovative was a fantastic experience. My friend and I showed up without a reservation but we were graciously seated. The prices aren't cheap but the quality of food is worth the higher price tag. My friend had the Chuck E Cheese rolls, I had the Casual Rolls, and we shared the Steve Jobs rolls. On a next visit I got the avocado rolls. My friend had the Hungry Girl rolls which has seafood. She also had an elegantly displayed set with salmon, tuna, and albacore. The staff were attentive and friendly. If you're in the mood for American style sushi, you've found the right place. A fusion sushi restaurant and it was rare to find this kind of restaurant in Taiwan, I think you should order 9 pieces menu to have a satisfying meal, if you want to try many menu, it will be real expensive, but most of their sushi rolls are delicious. I love the BMW sushi roll while their Spicy Chicken is so so. I think 1 person should eat 8 pieces of sushi and maybe you can order onion french fries.
