The place looks beautiful, with a north African theme, and is just behind the Hotel Timor. It was empty, however, and the service staff was out the back for a while after we arrived. When she showed up she was friendly and efficient. Our pizzas were passable. A bit heavy on the use of generic sausage meat rather than the nice stuff available in the mercado around the corner, with an uneven spread of chillis that made for a wild surprise a couple of slices in.

Looks very cosy. Didnt get to view the apartments but it looks good on the outside. The location is right behind Patio property but on a bit more quiet side on the street.. Not sure if the name has changed as in my visit it is now named Rudal 7984 and not NEL. The restaurant serves steak, pasta and pizza. Did not get to try as the AC in the restaurant was "not working " according to the staff and it was piping hot in the restaurant. We were sweating before we even started ordering.
