Having been at a Michelin star restaurant last week in Budapest, this is 10x better! Totally surprised by the atmosphere when we walked in, which is beautiful and feels like a high-end wedding venue. All the dishes were excellent, which was the Duck Perogies, Carbonara and the 50-layer lasagna. Service was perfect. We came for a quick lunch and ended up having a fantastic dinner. Food with typical Polish plates was excellent, but what makes deserve 5 stars is the staff incredibly kind and professional. I’ve been there 2 times and both times has been a great experience! Absolutely recommend Nowy Świat (New World) for European fine dining in Bielsko-Biała! The Smoked Beef Tartar was probably the best dish I've ever had, highly recommend giving that a try. Cute restaurant with a nice atmosphere just located downtown bielsko. They serve traditional polish cuisine in a modern style. Service and food were excellent, we even got a complimentary from the chef and it was delicious. This is the best and tastiest restaurant we’ve been to during our trip and already looking forward to come back next time. I highly recommend you try the duck (which I didn’t take a picture as it was so good that I just finished it right away). Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person zł 40–60

Had king prawns which were fabulous. My wife ate wonderful halibut and our aunt, who is 91 years old, had a large portion of beef and ate it all! Delicious food and very wide wine selection. Every single item is extraordinary! Prices are bit high as for this area but absolutely worth. Service is nice and competent. Steak is highly recommended.

The staff is very kind and professional, the beautiful interior design nicely complements the delicious, traditional Polish cuisine.
