Have had great food here when I’ve previously ordered, but when ordering the customer service isn’t really favorable at all. If you ask to add something to a specialty pizza that they have, obviously willing to pay the price difference to add it. He downright refuses to. “I’ve never heard of anyone doing that” then told that I’ve never ordered from them before… which I have, still have the same phone number. I was then told that I should try another pizza place, again not because they don’t have it, it just doesn’t make sense to him. Called another that was much more accommodating and was absolutely perfectly happy doing a simple request.
I rarely write reviews, let alone bad ones, but with being a business owner myself, simple requests esp. when it comes to food should not be that much of an issue, I would understand if it was complicated request. Or at least a short explanation why you can’t.
So, I guess I’ll just order from the other pizza place and support their business.

Great food!!! Horrible attitude on owner/Cook. Use to be so friendly. About a year ago I brought back a pizza that was not what I ordered, only to get yelled at with sarcasm from owner/cook. Today I finally got up the nerve to call and order from them again. Big mistake! First of all, no customer should be afraid of a restaurant owner. Today I got sarcasm again because I ordered chicken that they no longer serve. I was told "u call here after a year when I no have chicken. Everyone wakes up after a year and decides to order chicken! U wake up after a year? I have to throw the chicken out! I can no afford!" Quote on Quote. Seriously? That's no way to run a business. I have heard others complain about this man also. I don't know what happened to him. He use to be so nice. I can't order from someone whom is nasty to me and others.I will never order there again. Good food or not.

This pizza take out / delivery/ eat in is a good spot to get your food. But, if you're not a regular forget about getting your good in a timely manner. Their regular customers get the best of the best service where other's do not. I ordered JUST CHICKEN FINGERS w/ SWEET & SOUR 45 MINUTES LATER STILL NOTHING! While other customers who not only just places their order but have got their food before me. How HORRIBLE! The food may be a good gome feeling food - the service is NOT!

I know there are a lot of options in town and each provide different tastes when it comes to "pizza" night. Staff joked around with every customer going in and looked like they were having a great time. Food was quick and delicious.

We ordered a veggie pizza well done it was half burnt! Grilled chicken tender dinner with mashed potatoes and salad. There was SO much pepper on the chicken, and it was very dry. The salad dressing tasted watered-down, so flavor less! Lately every time we order our food has been unacceptable for what you're paying! And, you can't make any comments to the woman (Manegment) answering the phone, she does NOT like it!!! Unfortunately, this use to be one of are favorite places in town to eat.

A hidden gem in RI. I just came across Nikos while out in a ride, and all I can say is WOW. If you haven't been here, you are missing out.

Awesome family pizza place. My favorite is the Alfredo pizza. The fries are great and my husband speaks highly of the buffalo and Hawain pizzas. The owners are a friendly, hardworking family that know their customers and greet them warmly. I've only been coming here a few years but the owner remembers my husband and his daughter from years back. Nothing beats a hometown pizza place! Skip the chain pizza places and take the drive to this place- you won't be disappointed!

I just bought a house not far from Niko's and I am never disappointed when I call there and the customer service over the phone is excellent, the delivery service is excellent. And the food is always hot and tasty! Every time I order delivery it's incredibly pleasant that the person answering the phone is upbeat and cares for the order experience. Appreciate that! Bonus points 👉 driver showed up in a Subaru Legacy gt. Love it!
