If your looking for a place to get a beer, this is it. Not much else going on, but this type of bar is a dying breed in this country and we should support them. Check it out 👍

So long as “dive bar” is not an offensive term, Nilda’s is THE best dive bar of my life- hands down. Nilda herself is an absolute gem and her little chihuahua adds the little something extra to the experience.

Stumbled in here by chance and had a great time on a somewhat busy night. Cheap drinks, cold beer, and Nilda is an absolute angel. Her pup Frijolito is a lil cutie too. I hope Nilda is able to keep this place in business for years to come as they don’t make ‘em like this anymore!

Nilda is a national treasure. The sweetest, most genuine person ever and I always am so excited to walk over to Nilda's even to just drop in to say hi. Must-go !! And remember cash because it's cash only :)

This is my absolute favorite dive bar. Nilda is an absolute sweetheart and has a lot of amazing stories to tell. Accompanying her are her two Chihuahuas that greet you at the bar. Every time I come here it's as if I'm coming home to visit a relative.

Nilda is an absolute gem of a human and her bar is a such a laid back, chill spot, like stepping back into a true Chicago bar. Definitely check it out and support Nilda! (Cash only!)

Pretty much a living room with couches, pool table, and stocked bar. Not sure what more you could ask for… Definitely coming back here.

This place is your perfect hole in the wall. Come for the cheap booze and stay for the chihuahuas. Loses a star for possibly the smallest bathroom in all of Chicago.
