One of the best meals I have had not only in Nicaragua but maybe in my life. Amazing food, excellent service, creative cuisine and a beautiful environment. From cocktails to the grilled fish everything was perfect. Do try the burned plantain and their cocktails.

WOW, incredible!
I was so excited to find a farm-to-table restaurant in Nicaragua and this place exceeded all expectations.
From the atmosphere, to the level of service, to the cocktails and the dishes, this is world-class dining.
Our server explained every ingredient in our dishes when serving - the chef’s thoughtfulness and creativity really shines through, honoring and elevating local flavors.
The food is so memorable, we ate here twice during our short stay in Granada.

The most special dining experience while visiting Granada. Danilo was incredibly attentive and explained all dishes in great detail. You can choose between a handful of dishes a la carte or a set menu. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed every moment of the evening. Definitely try the chocolate souffle!

Their special dinner was superb, but they always are. They are now open for lunch as well, but not sure of lunch schedule. It's definitely an awesome experience you don't want to miss out.

Perfect restaurant for a romantic date, we loved the food so much, we are coming back soon for sure. The mahi mahi appetizer was so fresh and our favourite dish was the tenderloin steak. Oh! And treat yourself with the chocolate dessert!

This is the first fine restaurant that we had while backpacking Central America. Food is amazing and creative. The staff are also genuinely helpful. The ambiance is for special occasions too.
We were wearing casual clothing since we were on our backpacking trip and we were welcomed.

The best restaurant in nicaragua! I have been looking for a place like this, for a long time. This place goes beyond the boundaries, and delivers food that is different, with high-quality ingredients, and very damn tasty. I was reading some of the bad reviews and some people don’t understand price, taste, and quality. Obviously to have high-quality tasty food, costs, the restaurant, more money, which will increase prices on the menu. The quality of food compared to the price on the menu is unbelievable anywhere in the world. Especially here in Nicaragua where some of these food items are ridiculously expensive to buy. I greatly appreciate a restaurant like this, going above and beyond and making something special.
Every single food item and cocktail we had was a 10 out of 10 stars. Nothing was bad here. The lamb and the mezcal signature cocktail was my favorite. I do not know anybody that works here, I just appreciate this place. I think everything was perfect, even the customer service is fast and quick. I was here when it was slow, so I don’t know how the customer service is when it’s busy.
Right now, this is the best restaurant in Nicaragua!
