The tea is super fresh and delicious. The employees are so helpful and kind. I love that they offer so many sugar free options. I’ve had an iced Georgia peach green tea with sugar free peach flavor added and an iced Caribbean white tea with sugar free coconut flavor added. The seasonal specialty teas are always amazing and I love the sample combinations they have that I wouldn't ever think to get normally. Every staff member I've seen has been so nice. So I went here to get ideas and help with switching from coffee to tea and had not much info and no idea where to start. The young lady who helped me picked up right where I stopped and gave me clearer understanding on what I did know. Helped me pick out some flavors to try and I have been very satisfied. 😌 I am definitely a very happy new customer 😊 and recommend this place and loose leaf tea! My favorite place to get a drink! There is something for everyone and I love all of the options! Their speciality drinks are a little bit pricy but what isn't these days. I like to get their tea bars--I get a large tea for $3. Also, they have the best chai I have ever had so if you're a chai fan you have to try it! Nobilitea has consistently provided a terrible customer experience. Their pricing is exorbitant for what's on offer, and I've been consistently met with an indifferent and even rude attitude from the staff. It's astonishing how they manage to be so knowledgeable yet so unhelpful. On multiple visits, I've felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer who spends their hard earned money. The absence of a mobile app adds to the inconvenience. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere for your tea fix. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve seen some of these most recent reviews, and I simply cannot agree!! I cannot stress how much I LOVE this location! The tea-rista’s are so kind every time I come in, and they always make my drink the way I like it. I have never had a bad experience and the selections to choose from are so expansive! If I ever need a pick-me-up and need some caffeine in my drink they have Veloci-tea’s to help brighten my day. The customer service is out of this world and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new beverage shop to rival their Starbies addictions this is definitely should be your first choice. Loved this place! Never had a Boba tea! The woman at the counter made one special for me and even wrote the combination down! It was amazing and the kindness was beyond appreciated!! The atmosphere and the special service to each customer is what this world needs more of!! Will be visiting here more! Thank you NobiliTea!!
