Came for lunch and our waitress Aurora was great. Service was fast and friendly. I had the tortellini pugliesi, which was amazing, and my brother got the chicken parmigiana, also very good. I was so disappointed with the food. Probably one of the worst Italian dinners I’ve had. The bread they served was normal sliced white bread that was cold and dry. The chicken fettuccine had no flavor and dry. All of the wine is house level. On top of that the staff working at the bar was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I heard a swear words left and right and they were rowdy. I felt like I was in a bar. It was hard to enjoy a birthday meal with my family. My compliments to chef Serena. She went well out of her way to make sure our meals were satisfying and delicious. It’s always a good feeling to see staff go above and beyond for the customers. Food was great! Definitely hit the spot for my Italian craving. Enjoyed every bite from appetizers to entrèe to sides and dessert. :) highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

I was very surprised to read some reviews that stated they had bad service because I had the opposite experience. My boyfriend and I came in tonight for valentine's day around 6:30 and we still received our food within 15-20 minutes of ordering even though the whole place was packed. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken bruschetta and it was probably one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had! Our server was amazing and checked in with us frequently even though he had multiple other tables. The prices are very good considering the quality of the meal you receive and each dish comes with bread and a choice of salad or soup. I will definitely be coming back! I brought my daughter here for a mother daughter date and it was wonderful! We had so much fun, the food was mouth-watering and delicious! An wonderful date night location! The food was excellent. The waiter was awesome, but it was obvious he was being run ragged; they are very under staffed. The salmon was done very well. The risotto with portobello mushroom was excellent; very flavorful. The margarita pizza was pretty good. Their wine selection is pretty good too. We'll definitely be back. I took my son and daughter in law out for dinner to celebrate their new jobs, I had never been to Nonna Rosa's before but it looked like something I would like. Order chicken pasta to go - the pasta was DRY, noodles was stuck together and it had NO FLAVOR or sauce. Gave me 4 pieces of bread that was dry and old. And burnt bread sticks. Never again. Food: 1
