Save your money and go somewhere else. Definitely not worth the expensive price. The food struggled terribly. I won’t be returning. The customer service was good, but geez, so expensive and the wait is long. Order ahead! The food was good. I encourage you try the Pad Thai. I’ve been to many Noodles locations from Indianapolis to Chicago to Denver. Never a bad experience. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

To give a brief history, I ordered food for my staff and spent approximately $75. While I waited, I paid for a Diet Coke out of the fountain machine. The machine did not have no CO 2 in it, when I informed the team member up front, she stated that I could get a bottle drink , but there were no Diet Cokes available. I’m a diabetic, so options are limited. Nothing I could drink was available and no refund on the fountain drink was offered, but I chalked it up. When I returned with the food for my staff. Just terrible. Portion sizes were a joke for the price, the food looked and tasted like it’s been sitting for a while. Nothing special. But what causes me to complain is that a BBQ Chicken Salad that I ordered, has to be returned. When I showed the team member, I told her the salad was not right, she stated that the BBQ sauce was inside the salad, but that was not the issue. I told her a BBQ Chicken Salad should come with Chicken on it. There was none. Upon leaving me as I was explaining this to her, she returned and said her manager said I will have to wait for it. While I waited, no apology, NO NOTHING, I got handed a bowl with some chopped chicken in it. Nothing said. So as I completed the survey and responded in kind to my visit, I received an email from the Assistant Manager asking for a copy of my receipt for order details. And that’s it, still nothing. No follow up. Nothing. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I don’t like negative reviews, so I try to be understanding, but I will never patronize this location again. Poor service, poor food quality, and not a good value. Update: you can clearly tell the response from the owner is automated. If they had read the review, then they would know that I’ve already completed a survey. So the response received was a link to complete the same survey that the Assistant Manager already responded to once, but never followed up. What a joke. It’s the times we are living in now, I guess.

Service was just ok. Food was pretty good. I was a little disappointed in the portions. We used to eat at the Charlotte location quite a bit and would be stuffed. First time at this location.
