Customer service was great, especially Gabbie. The food was hot ,made to order and tasted good. You order a noodle bowl, you can get a protein or add whatever you want, they give you a # and bring it to your table, which came very fast. Only thing that I didn't like was the straws...too much like a toilet paper roll. Overall good place if you like noodles. The rice crispy was good too...made fresh. A unique place I had never heard of before. Spiced up our usual road trip food options. I like the inclusion of vegan/vegetarian meats, though it is just impossible nuggets which was very weird in my Japanese noodles. It was all good tho! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I like the food here but the Customer Service is horrible at this location. We usually order as a group for our work. Today we ordered as a group and they didn't let our manager know that they "lost" our entire group order, which was made online. They told him next time he should email the order instead. So what is the point of having an online order option then??? The link for the group order was open for almost a full week, this wasn't a last minute thing. They didn't even try to make it right with my manager. We had to order pizza last minute. It's a shame because they receive large orders from our dealership quite often. Way to go taking care of your customers Noodles and Company, shame on you. UPDATE 1/4/24: I went to the website as instructed below in the reply, submitted this review. They didn't respond via email, but I missed a phone call from them. My company is planning on ordering again this week, let's see if we get treated better this time. Food: 4 Service: 1

The food is delicious but I got the zucchini pesto, it was a small bowl and it was only filled half way. I was still hungry when I left. My son got buttered noodles and they got that right but my boyfriend paid for shrimp and there were like 5 tiny shrimp in his bowl. If you want shrimp make sure to ask for extra shrimp but be prepared. There’s an additional cost for that. Just got my order with included a chicken parmesan and the new chick prosciutto tortellini. The chicken tortellini was very watery and a very small portion (8 tortellini for a large order). They definitely taste like sausage not chicken or prosciutto at all. There were no basil leaves or mushrooms so that must just be garnish for there pictures. Order took 20 minutes for the store to fulfilp. Definitely check your bag before leaving I was only given 1 of my meals and had to go back inside to wait on my other meal another 5 minutes. I walked in Friday 1/12 at 3:45 pm and a girl w tattoos was cleaning a table and saw me come in and ignored me no welcome. I grabbed a cookie and went to the register and waited for her. 2 people came in behind me and this moron walked behind the counter and went to the other register behind me to help the 2 people behind me in line completely ignoring me. I was literally holding a cookie and waiting for her and I got completely snubbed, it wasn't only strange but it was awkward and I didn't know how to respond so I just slowly walked away as she watched a customer who goes here every week leave for good. I won't go back in here. It was completely rude and ignorant of food service standards. 😒 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Noodles and Company itself is a fun, semi-healthy and unique alternative between fast-food and full sit down dining. This particular location had decent quick service, great outdoor seating and easy access. The downfalls were the staff and cleanliness. Both are most likely related to each other. It would be unfair to classify it as unfriendly but the employees just weren't focused on customer service. Tables weren't cleaned regularly. Condiments and tea were empty. Then when we asked the response was very nonchalant. It's not bad it's just eh. We'll give them the benefit of doubt and perhaps we hit them on an off day.

Food was good as it can be, but they seem to jip you on portion size. I wouldn’t get the meat items as it seems like a huge overcharge here vs others Noodles and Company. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

save your money and go somewhere else. while the food wasn't bad, there's no way to justify the price for what you receive. I ordered the Korean beef noodles and they tasted good, but there was more sauce than actual noodles and beef. it was easily 50% sauce. how are you going to charge $12+ for that? absolutely ridiculous. employees were nice and service was fast. their soda machine could be the worst coca-cola freestyle mix I've ever had and there are some bad ones out there.
