Been going here for years and the service is always the best. It doesn't matter if it's busy or slow they always have a smile and they always put a smile on your face. This place is truly the best.

I have been going to this location for my entire life but I will not buy another donut from this place despite the fact that they are amazingly delicious. I can not catch them when they are open and I'm tired of driving all the way across town just to find a f-you were closed sign. Y'all done pissed me off son!

Good fresh coffee, freshly cooked doughnuts. Clean restrooms on premises. Next door to Southside Restaraunt and across the street from Goodyear EZ pay tire.

Paid $10.61 for 8 donuts and it was basically wonder bread; NO Glaze on the donuts whatsoever. I bit into the donut and not a flake of glaze fell. This was tragic. And the audacity of them to put 8 donuts in a bag. I will NEVER buy anything from here ever again.

At this particular Not Just Donuts the people are incredibly friendly, they remember you and what you like after a little while. The donuts are always delicious and never stale. They constantly make fresh coffee, so it's never burnt and never watered down. And they are happy to do the little extras that make them so much better than the other over one in town.

I’ve visited this place a few times always great service. For each visit I would rate them between a 4 and 5. My recent interaction was above and beyond tho. Following a 4 star service thru doordash receiving the wrong order I was given extra donuts to make up for the prior service. Jen was amazing when handling my issue and came thru with a solution! Amazing donuts, great customer experience, super friendly staff keep it up!!
