This location is excellent. I needed a birthday cake 45 minutes before closing and they made it happen. The cakes are always good I’ve used them for gifts and had them for my own birthday. The staff is friendly and patient with their customers. The cakes are Great! Lemon bunt is my personal favorite. I went in yesterday, after a very long day at work plus awful traffic, and I was greeted so warmly by a very sweet young man. I just needed to say that it’s so refreshing to experience great customer service like that because these days it’s such a rarity. The cake was fantastic too! Keep up the great work!!! Was a little disappointed that 2/3 of my classic vanilla cakes were filled with blueberries. Both were labeled classic vanilla. I ended up throwing both cakes away which was a huge disappointment and waste of money. My appetite was really set on these. Couldn’t take it back due to me living two hours away. However, they are usually very good and I love their cakes.

This cake is worth the hype and the price! I've eaten half of it before taking a pic. It's the snickerdoodle flavor, but they have more than 7 other option flavors you can choose from and mix and match. PLUS, they sell tier bundt cakes and much more for special occasions.

I ordered my wedding cake from here and when my co worker went in to pick it up it was leaning and the bottom tier was the wrong flavor .the cashier said nothing when she inquired about about .this was one of my favorite spots but that really did it for me because the was one of the most important and special days of my life.I received a refund but that couldn't make up for that lack of concern by whomever prepared it.

Today was my first time VISITING the store (I’ve ordered and eaten way too many times to count). SUPER sweet girls working there! Amrit was VERY helpful! She walked over to me as soon as I walked in and helped me pick out the perfect gift wrap for my bundtlet! She even offered to walk it to my car! The whole place is SO cute with lots of trinkets and gifts and cards. 😍 This visit really made my day! Can’t wait to give this to my deserving husband! 🥰
