The new management/owner is disappointing. I was at the door at 8:00, the tall man I'm assuming it's a new owner I've never seen him in the front of the store didn't even acknowledge me standing out in the rain ☔️
and I waited in the rain and soaked waiting for them to acknowledge me, because they clearly saw me, because I wasn't sure if they were going to be kind to me because I am a regular because when I worked at a corporate chain, if my regulars were there, last minute, I would go the extra mile for them l, not that I expected them to do that, but I did expect to be acknowledge at least them lips saying "we're closed" or maybe "one second" but they just allow me stand in the rain and that I was invisible. I just hope maybe forward they just choose kindness and just don't treat people like invisible and at least say hey, we're close and I do see you, but we are close
