This bakery is our usual go-to and we always have a great experience, however unfortunately their in-store system is not currently accepting giftcards (but you can use giftcards to order online for pickup). This has been the case since Valentine's day. Will update my review to 5 stars once they update/fix their systems. I can’t believe I’ve never stepped foot in one of these before. Certainly another experience that adds to the greatness of their bundts. Firstly I always had the luxury of eating these because coworkers would bring them in. It wasn’t until I wanted to extend the same luxury by purchasing two personals for my sisters and brother in laws birthday. Stepping into the shop it is extremely welcoming. I was immediately acknowledged by the staff twice. In awe and trying to take in the adorable store setup, the clerk offered her assistance. The store has a lot to offer. Service, all types of celebration add ons, delivery, stamp cards, gluten free, birthday perks, and most importantly delicious cakes. Loved meeting Jim who took his time to personalize my first time coming in. A definite return customer and when I do I’ll be five pounds heavier every time they see me.

This company is so kind and generous they blessed my husband's job with their amazing treats. Supporting their locally community, I am impressed. The bite size Bundt was amazing best thing I have ever tasted. They are sweet, rich, moist and smooth. Definitely recommend that people should try this at least once.

Stoked to have these at our wedding! D (Dee?)hooked us up with a helpful tasting and answered all of our questions. We are stoked to have these in March and couldn’t have done it without D’s help. 🎂

This is by far my favorite place to pick up a treat. The customer service is always good, and they have many flavors to choose from, including seasonal flavors. The mini cakes happen to be my favorite, I bought a cake for my mothers birthday and it was perfect. The cakes are always moist and has the right amount of icing.I would recommend this to anyone who loves cakes.

I’m talking 5+! Wonderful Superior customer service, with a wonderful smile. It brought the smiles back to our faces after our dinner catastrophe. And don’t forget the cakes are scrumptious. This was a wonderful treat, worth every crumb.

Order 12 pack buntinis from the Emeryville location and the presentation was just sloppy. It’s like the cake maker put on a blind fold and frosting’d the tops, none of them were centered. But the cake always tastes good so here’s 2 stars. I’ll probably go to the Walnut Creek location from now on that area is more reputable so I’m sure their presentation must be better.
