I’m surprised this eatery doesn’t have a 5 star rating. Ambience and decor is very cool. Service was excellent and more importantly, the pizza is fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Nice ambience. Minimal & aesthetic decor. Had their Margherita & lamb pizza. Taste-wise, good. But I much prefer the latter.
Service however was a bit slow, considering there weren't many customers during our visit & we only ordered 2 boxes of pizza.

Notis Atelier is a gem tucked away in Jalan Besar, Kuantan, offering a cozy pizza dining experience with its captivating open wood-fire oven concept. Upon stepping in, I was immediately struck by the charming blend of old-school minimalism, an elegant fusion that defined the shop’s ambiance.
The setup itself is a testament to thoughtfulness and style. The open wood-fire oven not only adds to the aesthetics but also promises an authentic pizza experience. The simplicity of the minimalist design enhances the overall atmosphere, creating a welcoming and sophisticated space.
Though I didn’t get to taste their pizzas on this visit, the allure of the open wood-fire oven and the shop’s ambiance alone are reasons enough to plan a return visit.
Notis Atelier undoubtedly stands out for its elegant ambiance and the promise of a delightful dining experience, making it a must-visit spot in Kuantan.

Good atmosphere & and batista, but the taste of the pizza is way too disappointing. I don't understand why does your tomato paste tastes fishy, and the smoked duck pizza (RM30+) tastes like a weird burned spicy matcha 😕 . Overall, the food was below my expectation. The taste is wild & expensive.

Plenty of street parking, just be careful while crossing the road as cars usually speeding away on this main road. Had margherita pizza & kombucha. The pizza was very thin with cheesy toppings, truly wood fired pizza as you could taste the smoky flavour. Very filling and it was so good that I finished one whole pizza on my own. Abit pricey though and it could get very hot and humid dining in the restaurant. Better to patron after the sun sets.

Magnifico & Bellissimo! Pizza is not bad. Came here and bought a takeaway Lamb Pizza. The dough is chewy and soft, yet crispy outside. Bottom is well cooked, indicating oven with wood fire was hot enough. Additionally, instead of cheese, they put on Mint Sauce on the dough and bake it with lamb.
Interior Design wise of the premise is an open-air concept. No air-cond. Appearance wise, feels like you’re at Easter Europe post war building. Something unique & different.

Cozy place, but tend to be hot sometimes due open air-concept. Lamb Pizza and spaghetti was good. The dough is well cooked, crispy outside tapi cepat liat bila sejuk. Very difficult to find parking. Near main road

Found this place while walking, too minimalist. Environment is so calm, good for chill or for a date. Btw its hot in the restaurant, i assume its to maintain the temperature of kitchen and the oven, but manageable heat. Food, its quite good, for the price its is a abit in the pricey price but in return you will get a good quality pizza. The pizza bread what makes me feel happy, its hard to get this type in any so call pizza place. The nachos is normal nothings special about it.For the drinks, the drinks are in the price of a average typical cafe, weirdly they dont have ice water or tap water, i had to ask, but only to be recommended a mineral water. quite disappointed when heard that. But after paying, the bartender provided me a small glass of ice water, i guess its okay.
So overall its a good place just to have a good day and a nice pizza for lunch or dinner.

Very nice ambiance and atmosphere. Attentive service by the staff. The food could be improved to reflect the price quality. It’s still good but not the best I had.
I tend to run cold all the time. So, I wasn’t really bothered by the lack of air conditioning. Plus it was a quite chilly night during my visit. However who tend to run hot, will feels a little bit uncomfortable.
The other downside is that the air ventilation doesn’t really help with the smoke particles from the pizza oven. It was uncomfortable to breathe in. Might not be healthy in the long run to let the customer breathe in the excessive CO2. Hopefully they will improved the ventilation.

Im from kl so I didn’t expect much and they prove me right haha. Pizza taste bland and very basic, for rm30+ i would prefer dominos over this. Anyway nice ambience, maybe staff can be more cheerful to light up the room..not friendly but at least they smile. Overall 5/10 not worth to try (the pizza)
