Absolutely amazing experience!! The location is great, the restaurant is perfect for a romantic date, the food is incredibly tasty! Nice and delicate food of good quality. Set menu that changes every two weeks. Friendly staff with good wine recommendations to go with the food. Definitely recommend to spend a evening here. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I've had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant several times with friends and business partners, and it has become my favourite place to eat in Arendal. The food has always been excellent and the service is very friendly. It's located in a historical building and the atmosphere is very unique. The place is rather hard to spot, but look for the "brightly coloured door"

Nice atmosphere!

Steenhuset presenterte en 6-retters meny der du kan velge antall retter. Vi valgte hovedrett + dessert med vinpakke. Brosme til hovedrett var paret med en Spatburgunder (pinot Noir) fra Tyskland. Fruen som ikke drikker rødvin fikk en hvitvin fra Sicilia (blandingsvin). Begge var veldig gode! Dessertene var også paret perfekt med vin! Kelneren (fra Sør-Afrika) var svært dyktig både me med mat og vin, og gjorde oppholdet perfekt!

Kjærlighet bak maten. Veldig bra utvalgt på vin og bobler. Intimt og koselig sted. VELDIG hyggelig servitør. Proff og vennlig. Vi er to allergikere som var meget fornøyd med spontan tilpasning av meny! :10 av 10 😁! Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 500–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
