We spent 30.60 euros for having lunch here this afternoon. It was one of the most expensive lunches we have had so far. They serve traditional Portuguese food. Pros 1. Entrance accessible for wheelchairs. 2. Free wifi. 3. Smoking area is outside. 4. They have 2 different spaces for the restaurant. 5. Nice and friendly staff. 6. Payment by cash or multibanco. 7. Fast service. 8. Free restroom. 9. Clean and has many tables. 10. Piri-piri homemade is good. 11. They have dine-in or take-away. 12. The location is quite strategic, after the roundabout near Brico depo Vila Nova de Gaia. Cons 1. The quantity is little. 2. It is inexpensive. It depends on what you will eat. Good and tasty Typical Portuguese food. I visit this restaurant for many years in a row and I always feel welcome xD

Great selection of meat dishes but smaller selection of fish dishes (as its a meat based restaurant). We also arrived close to midday closing which also limited fish options (as they're made fresh). I had the a breaded cod dish which was big enough for 2 so we took the leftovers home. My husband had grilled chicken portion which came with rice, which was a generous portion as he shared it with our 1 year old. We shared a generous portion of chips which were lovely and fresh. For desert there were the regular Portuguese options. I settled for a fruit salad however it was mostly tinned fruit with some added fresh extras. My husband had the chocolate mousse which was a good decent option. The restaurant had a high chair which was clean and well maintained. Toilets were very clean and well maintained. Came back after six months, the steak was great then but now it was awfull thought and gamey definatly not fresh.. the service wasnt great didnt eat but the meal was still paid. Im disapointed and i will not come back.

Always come here to eat whenever I'm around. The food is great and well apportioned. The staff is really kind and helpful and the food is 5 stars.

Really enjoyed having dinner here. The staff is very friendly. Food is excellent (nacos de vitela) and prices are really reasonable.

Very friendly staff Portions are huge Food is delicious Has a really good homemade "Bolo de bolacha" (you have to ask for the homemade one)
