Super high quality, flavorful food in a beautiful ambience. Cafe vibes are a great mix of modern cafes and traditional Puerto Rican eateries. We had the Mágico club sandwich with the coquito cafe and it was to DIE for 😍🤩. Kudos O Positivo!

We stopped in for lunch and coffee and were so happy to discover this place! The atmosphere is cozy and had lots of locals hanging out or meeting friends. Service was perfect, even with us making multiple rounds of orders as we got extra food and dessert. Their coffee is very good, and they have a good selection of local beans to buy.
Food was above average - the vegan burger was our favorite, and the baked goods were also amazing (we had cheesecake, a fruity cupcake and pastry I forget the name of - kind of like a mazurka bar crossed with coffee cake).

The food and coffee is super delicious! The decor, atmosphere and staff is very cute and inviting! Loved that they use real plates and cups my only complaint is plastic utensils, Hate to see plastic waste so wish they would have had reusable utensils.

Our nephew Javi, his wife Barbie and their 2 girls took my wife and I for brunch and it was absolutely fantastic. From their attentative personnel, to the food, to the drinks, to a very clean restroom. Our order was correct, the service was courteous, the staff helped each other out and most important, the food and coffee very fresh, well cooked and delicious. I wish I could remember the waitress' name because she was a doll. We'll be coming back everytime we can when we return to the island on vacation. Bravo O Positivo.

Amazing place, great workers but the coffee is El Coqui which is not Puerto Rico’s best. Both hot and iced lattes taste water down similar to cafe colao instead of an actual expresso. The quality of the coffee should be looked into by the owner. Coffee enthusiasts know the difference between quality and not. I recommend Don Pello which is high quality, more expensive but I don’t mind paying a bit more for good coffee. Hopefully this is taken the right way. Love the food, the workers and the concept.

Everything that can be said about O Positive Café can be simply summed up in one word.... AWESOME! The instant you walk in you are family. The staff that work there greet you with a warm welcome, a smile, and a joy that you are there to experience what is O Positive Café. Their menu has a great variety of breakfast/ brunch options that you can't go wrong with. From pancakes to waffles to French toast to omelets, among other options, you definitely in for a wonderful treat with your experience at O Positive Café. The vibe is real chill, relaxed and hommie. You can purchase coffee and tasty pastries there that can definitely add to your ray of sunshine En La Isla del Encanto. A favorite of mine is definitely the Coquito Coffee. It has no alcoho,l but it is a unique addition to your taste of what coffee can be. Another favorite is the tropical french toast. I really enjoy that you can choose your favorite toppings among their fruit options, honey, nutella, walnuts, pecans, and more. I truly recommend O Positive Café to anyone looking for a great breakfast/brunch spot!!! Love this spot!!
