This is a nice place to eat. Not very many seats available, so there may be a wait especially if you have a large group. The staff is amazing and the food is even better. You may have to wait for a table but you won’t have to wait to be served. The food comes out quick and delicious. I usually go with the oysters, but everything is tasty.

Just make sure u don't get the Super 🥵🔥 spicy sauce for your gumbo or Jambalaya. The dish is already, real stove hot, stays hot for a while. Definitely my favorite spot in Arizona hands down. Perfect atmosphere. Great drinks, great food, great customer service 👌

This place serves the best gumbo! We’ve been here a few times and I usually get the same thing - chicken gumbo level 3. It’s not very spicy but it’s delicious. I want to try their spiciest level but haven’t yet.
There is definitely a wait if you go during certain times. Especially on the weekend. It’s worth it though. This is a good place to eat while you’re at Talking Stick but can also be a great place for a brunch/lunch.

We have been here a few times and it never disappoints. The only issues are with the location and not the food. It is first come first served and there are no reservations. So you never know what your wait time is going to look it. It's also right off the casino floor and next to Palo Verde Lounge, so it can get fairly loud. That aside the food is very good. We love everything here and it's always fresh preparation and made to order. You can't go wrong. We love the gumbo and the pan bake. I highly recommend you make the trip.

Technically a 4.5 stars. Post Valentines Day dinner. We typically drive to Vegas for a pan roast and found this place. The -1/2 star is for the pan roast, I think it’s tastier and richer with a lobster bisque base rather than a tomato base. We also tried a few appetizers that were delicious and hit the spot! The crab meat cocktail was fresh and the creamy sauce was delicious! The smoked seafood cheddar dip was amazing!!! Our server was attentive and courteous. We had a great first time experience. We will definitely return. (Chef: offer a lobster bisque base option for the pan roast please ;) )
I'm not really into a steak but theirs is really tender and tasty. And sushi are good also but not the kung pao chicken.

If nothing else, it is worth stopping by for dessert! They serve a chocolate caramel creation that can only be described as a giant delicious chocolate truffle filled with gooey delicious caramel! The appetizers are pretty good too! Try the Oyster shooter and the shrimp cocktail served with Colossal Shrimp! The dinner food was very good. It is definitely Louisiana style! The Crab Gumbo was overflowing with tasty crab meat! The staff are friendly enough, but maybe a little distracted. It was hard to get their attention. The atmosphere was so-so only because of the casino and it feels like a food court. But, definitely not "food court" food!

This is a small dining area inside a casino. The best seat in the house is at the bar right in front of the chef. A lot of seafood varieties. Interestingly seafood creole, gumbo, étouffe can be found in middle of Arizona dessert. Service is friendly and food is flavorful. Get it level 5 spicy.
So delicious every single time. We tried the seasonal tortellini dish this time as well as our usual pan roast. Highly recommend. The dozen oysters we ordered were also perfect. Thanks for another great meal. You guys are awesome!

I've been here several times and they never disappoint in any area. You wait in line and can sit at the bar or a table. The service is quick and friendly and the food is good. I order the shrimp pan with white rice. You can get dirty rice if you choose. You can choose your spice level and they plate is enough for 3 people. They have other seafood and Cajun meals. For your birthday they give you a complimentary dessert. I had the keylime pie that had fresh keylime zest. The slice was enough for 2 people. Whether your in the casino or just want a good bite to eat; this is your place.
