Unfortunately, I went through the drive thru late night hungry was told sorry only taking online orders. But then placed a order online went around the drive thru again and was told the system was down.. I then said but I already paid and place the order and he still says the system is down... Okay well I didn't have time to show up the very next day so I showed up two days later and asked for the refund because it took the money. I didn't order through doordash or any other company I I didn't even order on Krystal's app like normal, I ordered by typing up krystal's then saw this location and it had the option to order pick up so there is no one to contact besides the actual company... I was told by the lady who was working there there's nothing they can do and they can't tell me who the management was on duty that night march 15, at 11:05 pm I showed my receipt and everything but as usual people can be rude ... I work in the hospitality field I take customer service seriously so this was a horrible experience.... Taking money but not getting anything in return is steeling. I have the online receipt
