This reminds me of benihana, where they do the show for you at the table while they cook for you but our server was not fun enough, and the food needed sauce and flavor. I had to ask for teriyaki . The food looks great but when you eat it there is no flavor. I had shrimp with no flavor chicken was just okay. And the filet mignon was good but it needed A1 or heinz 57 All the other tables were having fun and ours was so boring. You couldn't even hear the guy talking with his mask on. Our chef, David, had a horrible attitude from beginning to end. and ruined the experience. The lobster was the only thing that had flavor, though it was overcooked. Steaks are very small comparing to other teppanyaki steak houses and far inferior quality than Benihana's. Because their cooking table is also smaller, the chef places the huge pile of rice "over" and along the side edge, covering an entire open grove, with food getting stuck in there. I noticed no attention was ever paid to cleaning this part which is collecting food particles over and over - very unsanitary. The food was great. Big portions. Very friendly service. As a customer I was owned by every employee. Didn't matter whose table I was at. Every person served and talked and asked and thanked. Definitely a team effort. The building is definitely aging. But it's clean. Like I said, a hard-working staff. So they're cleaning. I did dine in without a reservation. We ordered the hibachi shrimp and ask to have chicken added to our fried rice. The waitress was having a difficult time with my request, so I offered to pay extra for the chicken. The rice came out white with uncooked diced carrots no onions or eggs tasting like it was cooked in chicken broth. The soup that was suppose to be onion soup tasted like dishwater and had no onions( scallions) at all. When the main course came out it was a plate full of vegetables and 7 little shrimp not even the extra you get at the hibachi table. I explained to the manager that I have never had the food like this that they do a better job at the hibachi table he brought me the menu and stated that only 7 shrimp come with the meal. I spent $21 each for a plate of vegetables and chicken broth fried rice. See the attached pictures and judge for yourself (the rice is after adding soy sauce). We had to add the full bottle of soy sauce pepper and the ginger sauce to try to eat the rice. The manager made the rice over but the tase of broth was the same only improvement was the carrots were cooked. I will never eat here again. We went home still hungry. Very nice staff. The hibachi experience was so much fun. Our chef did an amazing job! The food was great! Cooked exactly like we asked for it to be. Expect to spend some cash but if you are prepared for that, it's worth it.

We enjoyed the show and had a very fulfilling meal of steak shrimp and chicken with the hibachi dinner. My son had the salmon and California rolls and said they were good. Wish I knew the recipe for the salad dressing. We love the dressing but wish they used romaine lettuce instead of iceberg. Restrooms were clean and a wonderful waitress. We came here and it was amazing! After a long day and much deciding of what to eat, we settled on this place and it satisfied our needs! We came to the hibachi part. It was a great dinner. I enjoyed it very much. The soup was really good (add some soy sauce to make it better), the rice was nice and hot, and our meals were tasty and they looked good. My family got steaks and I got chicken. This place was a great addition to our Vegas trip. We will definitely be recommending this place and will be coming back when we go to Vegas!
