Our server Hunter was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Chicken Pesto Alfredo which sounded good. When I started eating it I noticed that there didn't seem to be any Alfredo sauce or pesto although it tasted ok, just dry. Also, I noticed the chicken wasn't chicken strips but rather what seemed like canned chicken. I ate most of it but did tell Hunter about how it lacked sauce. She did take it off our bill but I would have rather had it prepared correctly. I didn't send it back initially because I didn't want my husband's food getting cold. Deep dish Pepperoni/jalapeno. We had to settle for jalapeno because there was No NM Green Chili. Very disappointing. Pizza was good but if ur gona have green chili as an ingredient on ur menu, u should have it available. It's available in NM😁 Good service, good pizza. Pizza: was pizza Pretzel sticks with beer cheese was delicious Salad: well, salad is salad. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The pasta and sauce was okay. But, the meatballs were completely inedible. They were burnt, I couldn’t bite into them because they were hard as a rock. Honestly, there are better places to eat, that is better on your wallet! December 30, 2023 @8:00PM We've come to this Old Chicago several times. I like the food but haven't always had the best experience with service. Last night we wanted to give it one last chance and I am glad that we did. We decided to sit in the cocktail/bar area and as usual the food was good but this time the service was excellent. Our server, Felicia, went above and beyond my expectations. She not only ensured the accuracy of our order but had a great personality and sense of humor. She kept our table laughing the entire evening. Thank you for restoring our faith in Old Chicago’s! We will come back often and when we do, we’ll be asking for Felicia. Stopped in for some beers and pizza, our waitress Ashly was truly the best! So thankful for her knowledge and attentiveness to our needs! The appetizers and pizza were beyond good! Most definitely recommend the rolls! 🤤 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Absolutely disappointed!! Will not frequent this location!! Came in to order a beer, appetizer and two pizzas to do. Mid afternoon, two or three tables occupied in the main dining room and bar seating about half full. Ordered Italian Nachos, lemonade for kid and a small beet sampler to see what I wanted. Nachos came out about 25 minutes later, lemonade followed and still no beer sample (evidently the bar was still working on it, yet two people behind the bar were not busy). Finally got a sample and server finally stopped long enough to take to go order. Beer came out 10 minutes later and pizza followed as not to go. Had them go package them to go as originally requested. Brought to servers attention that nachos were super greasy and the marinara tastes like tomato paste. She says it's just basic pizza sauce and that's all they have. Eventually got the check and that took another 20 - 25 minutes. There was no hustling, just lolly gagging along. On the way out I professionally expressed my displeasure with a to go order experience taking over an hour and a half. She apologized and said she had no excuse but acknowledged the kitchen was definitely slow. This wasn't a kitchen issue (although the Italian Nachos were terrible). My two daughters and I came in on Sunday afternoon (3pm). The place was not busy at all. We ordered our drinks, a few minutes later ordered our food, then waited a whole hour for nachos and a salad. I’m not happy with the service at all. During this time our waiter only had one other table and didn’t even come to check on us or update us on the order. Not coming here again. The food and service were great. I had the strawberry basil lemonade alcoholic beverage, large pretzel bites appetizer and the Chicago 7 style pizza. It was all delicious. My server was informative and kind. The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 was because the light above my booth kept flickering the whole time other then that all was great!!!
