Fantastic find. If you’re not ‘fancy’ and pretentious and you just like great Brisket then this is your place. The owner (who’s name I didn’t catch) is incredibly passionate about his brisket! He even took the time to share his knowledge about what to look for in the meat and what to appreciate about the process of preparation. It’s out of the way and bring your own drinks as this guy keeps it basic and just focuses on the food.

We were really excited to check this place out but after driving for a long time on winding roads, we discovered it was closed at lunchtime on a Friday. There was a creature in a cage nearby. Woodchuck? ***Thanks for the response and apologies to Royal!
