Just had my birthday dinner here with my boyfriend. It was our first time and definitely will not be our last. Our waitress Kim was incredible from the moment we sat down. The drinks, food, and desserts were amazing as well. I will be recommending this restaurant to everyone!! So glad we decided to come here! I was in Naperville for a meeting and chose the Old Town Pour House after looking at their menu on their website. I first ordered a flight, which I always appreciate as a choice when there are so many beers on a menu. For dinner, I selected the Smokehouse Combo with two meats. Therefore, I had 1/4 smoked BBQ ribs, a hot link, fries, baked beans, and two different sauces. The food was good, but the rib bones are small. Nevertheless, with so much food altogether, I left the restaurant stuffed. First time here. Atmosphere was very laidback. I’d say family friendly at least at a glance during early hours. Service was great! Ryan C. was great! Very attentive and kept checking on us. Our food runner was very polite and brought us some buffalo chicken dip which he told us was on the house for being first timers! For all those beer lovers the beer selection is awesome. We were torn on our meals since everything on the menu sounded delicious! We will most definitely be back! This place is awesome. They are very well decorated inside, and they have a great selection of craft beer. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was also very tasty. It was hard to select my dinner because they had a lot of tempting dishes to choose from. I had the Tex-Mex Mac and Cheese. It was pretty good but lacked a bit of seasoning. The Pretzel Bites were phenomenal. My kids smacked almost the whole basket!I will definitely be coming back to try other items for sure. With 90+ beers on tap - this is must visit place in this vicinity! Went with a IPA suggested at the bar. Should say that it was the best choice for sure. Along with Beer Cheese soup and pork chops - it was gastronomically heaven! It was a sudden chill so we chose to sit inside and not the patio. But patio is where we wanted to be - maybe next time we are here. As it was our first visit here - Manager walked over and offered with nachos with an amazing dip! Came here a few times... We live close-by and the 20% off coupon motivated us to give it a try! The food were OK, got the ribs and taco I want...but the food menu were only half a page while the beer menu were 12 pages lol but its a bar food restaurant we knew that coming in :) Its was kinda of a newly hyped restaurant... The good... Beautiful indoor and outdoor space Attentive servers (our server came by three time to check in with us while we were picking out drinks). We went on a Saturday night so it was packed both inside and out! Have a party room ALOT of TVsssss!!! The not so good... The rib we ordered was a little dry... The meatloaf we ordered was a little small... The sandwich ordered was a little spicy but the menu didnt state it was spicy lol The bar-food price is fine but the beer price it a little too high.... Have been here several times. Always have enjoyed the food. Fish tacos were delicious and fresh tasting. Fries are crisp and very tasty. Ordered the impossible burger this time and was slightly disappointed. The burger was very thin and the sandwich was mostly lettuce. After removing the lettuce it was a tasty burger. Mentioned the concern to the server and she made it right. I would definitely return for the food. I was in town 4 days for a conference. I ate at Old Town Pour House FIVE times!!! The food was delicious. The pork chop meal was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The grilled pork chops were seasoned well and perfectly balanced with mashed potatoes, and sweet, small diced apples. The onion rings are perfectly seasoned, battered, and the right size. The meatloaf was very tender. I was full after a few bites. Great atmosphere. Great service. There are only two things that I didn’t care for but didn’t take anything away from the food or atmosphere. The person cleaning the table stood around waiting for me to finish the last bit of food instead of leaving and coming back after I was done. And one of the waitresses asked if I wanted my pork chop well done. That was more funny than anything. Overall it was excellent! Looking forward to coming back. I would highly recommend it.
