I have gone to Olive Garden several times. To include this one! The food was not the best I had had. It seemed very bland and just not made to the standards I expected from Olive Garden. 2024-Feb. No reservation for a party of 2. The parking lot was busy, but we got lucky. There was no wait. The facility was huge! There were lots of dining tables that accommodated the crowd that night. Our server was Colton. He was amazing! He was attentive to us, and he refilled our drinks without us having to ask. All our food came out with perfect timing. Everything was delicious except for the breadsticks. They were a little too salty for me. We had 2 soups, a salad, a basket of breadsticks, calamari for an appetizer, seafood alfredo, shrimp scampi, the new chocolate lasagna for dessert, and one soft drink. Everything came out to $72 (not including tip). It was a very pleasant dining experience! Thanks to Colton! Ask for Colton's table, and you'll see what I mean.. Had a great experience at the little bar here. Fast, friendly and attentive service. Though the menu is the standard Olive Garden choices, my usual order of shrimp scampi was superior to the same dish at other locations. We orginally went to the Red Lobster and sat for over 12 minutes with no one checking on us, getting drinks or anything. We left and came over to Olive Garden. They were FANTASTIC! We walked in and were greeted by the staff and the manager. The manager told us they would take good care of us and they did. Ian was our server and he was sooo friendly and sweet with my kids. He waited on us and took great care of us. He got our drinks, order and the kids food and salad all within the time we waited at Red Lobster and didn't even have a single person visit our table. Ian is rockstar and the manager is so nice. GREAT place! Will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came on a really busy night, but the service was the best I've ever had at a restaurant. The wait was half what was expected, the food came fast and hot, and the server was top teir. We think our server's name was Bailey, and she was funny, kind, smiling, and attentive. Best server we've ever had, whatever she is getting paid should be doubled because she made the experience amazing. At the ripe age of 19 (nearly 20) my homie and I decided to go to an Olive Garden for the first time ever. The breadsticks live up to the hype. Also the serving sizes justify the prices pretty well. I really liked my eggplant parm and the soup with kale in it, which my waitress recommended! We visited the Southlands location and had a definite five star experience and visit. From walking in and being seated to our waitress whom was on top of everything to the excellent food it was a worth the small drive up from Castle Rock! We will definitely be back! The service was prompt, professional and friendly and the food was perfect and came out rather timely considering it was a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. My husband definitely recommends the Blue Almalfi drink by the way 🥂

The online waitlist is not accurate, better to call or walk-in with a backup plan. I wish I remembered the name of the girl server who helped us (was training a new hire) but they were very patient and helpful!
