Staff was wonderful. Service was outstanding. My kids were doing shadow puppets from the exterior lighting on the inside walls, and instead of being like some other places asking them to stop. 4 of the employees, including the manager, came up and congratulated them on how entertaining they were. It made my kids' night. Also we celebrated one of their birthdays and they made sure we had plenty of space for gifts and gave our birthday girl free dessert! Lovely place and amazing people! I have never been so dissatisfied with a dining experience. We were here for an a hour and a half and luckily ordered our kids food when we ordered our drinks so they at least got to eat, even though their food came out cold from sitting in the window for so long. Once we got tired of waiting for our own food to come out, I spoke with the host who got our server, and magically, out came our cold food. We asked to just pay for what we got, and a manager never even came to check on us or talk to us. Watermelon Sangria Best. Drink. Ever. I'd go merely for this drink. I never tire of it. Always want it. Wish I could come remotely close to making this on my own. Absolute perfection in my taste of an alcoholic beverage. Everythong else: Food, service, atmosphere, etc is acceptable and satisfactory but the watermelon sangria is the determining factor in choosing to dine at olive garden. We were sat at a dirty table, so we had to ask to have it wiped down. Only the corner was wiped off. We had our salad and appetizer and then saw a roach leg sitting on our table. There was more of its dead body that got knocked onto the floor by our feet. Absolutely disgusting. My husband told one worker, who said the manager would come talk to us. No one came so he asked another. Still no one came over so we left. We won’t be returning here.

Cheryl was our waitress and I must say - best waitress I’ve had in a long time!!!! You can definitely tell she takes pride in her work and doing things right, is caring, and anticipated our wants and needs without being asked.
