This was our first time going to Olive Garden and it was actually on the night of my birthday. From walk-in to walk-out, the service was absolutely impeccable. Even though we accidentally arrived almost a full 25 minutes before our reservation was due, they still welcomed us in with open arms. Next, our server came up to our table and checked up on us with outmost hospitality. We let him know that I had a few food restrictions, namely allergies, and he was incredibly amenable to our needs. Whatever he didn’t know, he went out of his way to ask and find out. Olive Garden took so much care that the manager even came to our table personally and told us what foods I could safely enjoy. As a result, I had a excellent experience and enjoyed myself from appetizer to main course! We ordered the fried mozzarella to start off with and I was honestly amazed at how crunchy and well fried it was, even without egg as a binder! I also had minestrone soup, as the rest of my family, and we all loved it. I was particularly happy about the breadsticks, especially because of the fact that while they were said to contain sesame online, in reality they didn’t! The Olive Garden manager told us that they modified the recipe to not have sesame anymore, and for that I am SO appreciative! Especially when I think about the sesame law that was recently passed—Olive Garden went the extra mile to ensure that all customers felt included and able to have their food. All in all, I am beyond glad that I decided to go to Olive Garden on my birthday. I felt so celebrated and a valued customer at their restaurant. Not only were the staff knowledgeable and careful with my allergies, but Olive Garden also had a very useful allergen menu online. That way I had most of the information I needed at my fingertips. Overall, I loved the food, my parents, who are vegetarians and pescatarians, loved the food and it was a glowing experience. Thank you to our server, Donavan, the restaurant manager, and all of the people at Olive Garden for making our night memorable. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. And of course, I can’t forget the mints that we got at the end of our meal—I don’t eat mint and chocolate together as a rule, but Olive Garden’s mints are the one exception. Remarkable restaurant! This place is great. Is it little Italy in NYC? No. Is it the north end in Boston. Absolutely not. It's Olive Garden and in its own way, it rocks. The drinks were like candy. The staff was super friendly. The food was the same reliable flavor it has been for years. This restaurant is a solid stop if you have a craving for Italian inspired dishes, big portions, and at an affordable price. If you used to come here, believe me, go again. It's a good time. Update: 9/2023. Went to celebrate my Mom's birthday. Food and service was great as usual. OG offered a dessert as complimentary birthday present for my Mom. Great experience for her. Thank you OG. Manager Amy stopped by to check on us and also served soup, sauce and bread sticks herself. That was amazing. I didn't expect her to do that. Celebrated our son's 13th birthday with friends and family. Our server was really nice. Food was great. Enjoyed it. My husband and I sat at the bar to eat after a long day at the Natick Soccer Tournament. The 2 employees working the bar were amazing, Gillian and Gavin. The service was spot on. The food was plentiful, delicious and the price was extremely reasonable. It made us wish we lived closer so we could go to this specific Olive Garden. We will just have to go to one closer to home because the food is great at Olive Garden. Thank you Gillian and Gavin for an enjoyable evening.
