My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of having Allie M today. She was so much fun and her service was great! She hooked it up with plenty of soup and bread sticks to go home with! Went at 12:40 on a Thursday and the restaurant was not staffed appropriately. About 70% of the restaurant was empty, 5 people waiting to be seated and my party of 2 was told 10-15 minute wait. This is a sign of poor management and scheduling. We left and went down the street to Applebees where we were seated and waited on almost immediately upon walking in. This is not the first poor experience at this location and I don’t see it being open long under current management.

Had a great time here after Christmas shopping. Our waitress was nice and helpful. She kept the salad and bradsticks coming! The soup is delicious 😋 I order spaghetti 🍝 with meatballs and it was delicious! Everything came out nice and hot. Food was good and very filling. Got the never ending breadsticks which were yummy and they even sent home extras with us. The chicken Alfredo was great and the ravioli appetizer was good too. On September 15th my family had a craving for OG. We dined in and all ordered the same things we always do because we know they are good. Or at least used to be. Our server was having a bad day. No problem, everyone does, so we ignored her forgetting she already took our order and came back five minutes later to see if we were ready to order, forgetting to bring soup, forgetting to ask if we wanted cheese on our entree, forgetting to put our orders in, and bringing out the wrong meal. The manager must have known our service was not the greatest and took 2 entrees off of our bill. The service was not the worst part. It was the food that used to be good. We ordered three dishes with Alfredo. One fettuccine Alfredo, Steak with Alfredo, and egg plant Parmesan with Alfredo. There was barely and Alfredo sauce on on the pasta. When we asked for more, we. Were given 1 dish with less than 1/4 cup of Alfredo for 3 entrees. The egg plant was over done and crunchy and almost burnt. The steak was pink and we wanted it well done. The waitress did ask to cut into our steak but we just decided to not say anything and eat it because the service and food were so bad. I don’t know what happened to the food but we won’t be back.
