My daughter turns 16 and wanted to go to olive garden and specifically the Dickson City location. We know there is no reservation but with a party of 20 we wanted to give the heads up. They were very pleasant on the phone and said call day of and they would get us right in on the list and try to get everything ready by 5, they'd send a text. We arrive 4 45, check in using the link they provided and it said party of 20, you will receive text when table is ready. 30+ mins of waiting and no text, my husband ask how much longer after all 20 guest waited in the parking lot with two 2 year olds to free space inside, only to be told that they removed us from the wait list and told us it would be another 45+ minute wait depending on the tables. I am assuming the gentleman at the front was a manager and the one who completely messed up, he wasn't going to make it right and pretty much tried to make it our fault. Needless to say that gentleman should not be in this line of business and made the experience a nightmare. The servers once seated and food however was great!

The food is good, the staff are kind, and the atmosphere is nice. The breadsticks never disappoint! We got our food pretty quick and everything was hot and delicious. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

Went there Olive Garden Wednesday Dec 21, 2023 around 8:30 pm, everything ok until the waitress gave us HOTDOGS BUNS to replace the breadsticks. What a JOKE!

A last minute decision led a party of 13 to Olive garden. Called to see if they could accommodate us and had a table ready for us within 15 minutes. We had 2 servers who I cannot say enough about except exceptional! Everything was on. Point! Food, atmosphere and again the best servers anyone could ask for! They really made us feel right at home and the Birthday boy feel special! Kuddos Olive Garden and thank you so much for such a fun night!👍

Chicken Parmigiana with Spaghetti
We ordered takeout for my fiancé birthday. It's so easy to order online and picking up is always a breeze. It's always on time, they are very efficient, never missing any items, and the staff who bring the food out to our vehicle are always friendly. We enjoy eating at the restaurant but have a toddler, need I say more?

My latest experience at the Olive Garden in Dickson City, PA was great. The service was fast and whenever there was an issue, it was resolved with kindness and professionalism. The problems were small and not even worth mentioning to be honest. The food was done well, too. Our orders were exactly what we asked for.

Went to dinner with my wife while staying in the area. Now this blows my mind. How can a big franchise like Olive Garden charge $20 for a Chicken Parmigiana and the chicken be frozen chicken patties ??? I can tell what a frozen chicken patty taste like......not so good. Staff was good place was clean but the chicken patties blew my mind. I attached a photo. Judge for yourself. I won't be going back.

I know that people like to talk smack about Olive Garden, but my partner and I went to one in Scranton and honestly the food was probably some of the best pastas I've ever tried.
We ordered both the seafood Alfredo and the chicken and shrimp carbonara, and they were delicious.
The venue was very nicely decorated and very thematic with good music.
Kudos to our server Josh, he was amazing.

It’s been a while that me and my family visit this restaurant. The greeters were there but not to serve the paying costumer !! Food was good we got chocolate lasagna chiken and shrimp carbonara pasta and the fritta mixta ! server was good location was clean but the restroom need to be clean ! Location it’s Easy to find !

No matter which Olive Garden I go to I am rare disappointed and this one in Dickson City is no exception. The staff is amazing and very friendly, the food is awesome and the atmosphere is incredible. No matter if you are dining with a group, with family, alone or on a date this is the perfect place to be. Everything was perfect and I can't wait to go back and try a different meal.
