To start off, our server was rushing. We felt very rushed and did not feel like we were welcomed. Second the 5 cheese dip came out looked weird and was disgusting. The main food came and it was horrible see pics below. Overall the experience at this olive garden was absolutely horrible. 100% would not come back. Our salad had a half a bottle of dressing in it. Ernist the waiter pretty much ignored us. My tea glass set on the edge of the table empty while he filled other glasses. Had to call him to the table just to get our check. Didn't have my phone so I took the salad home just to get a picture of the amount of dressing. $78 tab and it wasn't worth $50, what a shame. Came here for the Never ending Pasta and we got sat with Jan. And oh my, she is beyond amazing. She was so attentive and would refresh everything on the table without asking immediately. We are about 45 minutes away and are never in the area but I'm definitely coming back to see her because she really made an impact on our lunch. Sweetest lady ever! So I found a bug in my soup. I was not disrespectful or anything simply just asked for a manager. He came over and started inspecting my bowl. He then tells me that there’s no bug in my soup and that it was season . With a straight face. I have not been back since and I hate that because I LOVE Olive Garden smh. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. We had the soup and salad combo, and an app ( calamari). Food was good, quick and hot. My only concern is my daughter said in the past the staff was socializing more then getting food to tables quickly. I did notice some wait staff like mine working really hard, while others stood back gossiping ( they weren't talking low either). Firstly, I would like to say that the food is amazing. Atmosphere is great and very accommodating servers. However I really wanted to shout one out. My server, Mary was easily the best server I have ever had. She was so sweet the entire night, and regardless of busyness, she never failed to ask follow-up questions and make sure all her tables were doing alright. She was so polite and just such a sweetheart. She truly made the whole dinner with her radiance and kindness. This rating is on the generous side. The food quality has gone down but I keep longing for that first experience all over again. The breadsticks were burned and turns out that OG is trying to save money by limiting the salad dressing. Very noticeable and diminishes the essence of what OG used to be. My appetizer of calamari and lasagna fritta was also overcooked and lacked it's usual presentation and garnish. But the braised beef tortellini entree....priceless, delish,, will keep me coming back! 2023 UPDATE: well, the braised beef tortellini has been gone for some time and I have never found another new item that really meets my expectations. It also seems that the quality of the lettuce has diminished relying too heavily on iceberg lettuce. On a positive note, you will leave this place with a full belly due to the high carbohydrate load. Easily the best Olive Garden we’ve ever had. We were never big fans until moving here and eating at this one. In the past few years, we’ve eaten here 10-15 times, every time the food is EXCELLENT. Multiple times it’s taken longer than time given for takeout, but they’ve comped an entire $70 meal for just being 15 min late, that’s great customer service. We love it at this Olive Garden, it’s not your everyday Olive Garden, this one is run very well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
