This is not the first olive garden iv been to. But my GOD its one of the nicest ones iv ever been to!!! the inside was extremely nice and our waiter was so funny and extremely attentive to our party. I dont think i can go to a diff one anymore.... like this is THE spot for us. This chain has always been a family favorite due to the food and drinks. This particular location has a new set of regulars for sure for all that and the awesome service! Our server was very attentive to our needs, including allergies. She made great salads! We were happy and content and didn't even realize that our food was taking awhile until the manager addressed our situation before it was a problem. He took care of our asks (kiddo plate was warmer than we liked) and got us dessert on him! We never leave without dessert anyway, so that was awesome to have it on the house that time. Spokane Valley Location. We were seated and after about 5 to 10 minutes. Server approached us and asked us what we wanted to drink, her name was Bailey. My husband said regular iced tea with no lemon and I ordered a peach mango iced tea. She came back and with a chuckle said I put a half of a lemon in your ice tea sir vs a slice. My husband said I asked for no lemon. She didn't say anything for like 15 seconds and then said Okay. She was really hesitant about not giving him a new tea. We had to asked her to replace it. She took his glass and walked away and a few minutes later , she came back with a new tea. As soon as my husband started to stir it the lemon seeds were flying around and he said oh my gosh she literally just took the lemon out of it versus a fresh glass. I know a lot of people reading this thinks this isn't a big deal but people have genuine food allergies. Servers cannot take these lightly and when customers ask for certain things there's a reason for it. The manager was gracious and gave us a gift card but just be weary. Went here with my family for a make-up of a bad birthday dinner experience we had. Our server was the sweetest server I had ever seen. He interacted with us throughout our stay instead of just bringing us our food and ignoring us the rest of the time. When it was time for us to leave he even helped me box up my Fettuccine! Besides our server, the food was so good. Best service and server I have ever had. Server was pretty good. Atmosphere is okay. Best part of the meal was the salad and bread sticks. Other food is microwaved and taste less. You can hear the microwave going off while walking to the bathroom next to the kitchen. Not my first choice to eat. I met a friend that chose meeting location. Love the free bread and the community life at this place. Had my uncle joes birthday party here and they gave him some free cake so that was awesome. What a great place to load up on a light 2,000 calorie meal (no seriously check the food menu)

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this location. The set up is very modern and different from other locations I’ve been at. I enjoyed the welcome from the hostesses and how quick our server came over. Ordering was simple and our server was extremely attentive. I highly recommend the Unlimited Soup and Salad with Breadsticks. The Zuppa Toscana is definitely a crowd favorite! Overall, I highly recommend this location to those nearby! Went in late at night i think there was like an hour left til they closed and our waiter was amazing we got quick service and very punctual with the refills. I went in craving the endless soup salad and breadsticks and left stuffed and craving satisfied!! Definitely will be going back! We decided to use your on line sign in to decrease the time we needed to wait at the door. It sounded wonderful to plan ahead, do what was needed on the way and walk in with a minimal wait. No such luck. We were met at the door and given the same 35 to 40 minute wait as the person before us who did not use the service. If your not going to give your customer the advantage of cutting time then don't offer it. Keep your empty promises. We went to another resteraunt.
