Perfect pastries every time! This place was the first time I ever had a "real" croissant and I became obsessed with learning to make croissants. 17 batches of croissants later and I still haven't matched the quality of Ollio yet, but I'll get there one day. At a price point of $3-$4, it's impossible to beat for how much work they are.
The vendors for Ollio in the Frisco Fresh Market are great people; super friendly and really excited when people try their food for the first time. They also make good recommendations (but that's easy to do because everything is so good).
Today, they let me know that they had some new flavors of the danishes/croissants and that got me excited for what is going to come out of the Mad Scientists' lab next. As a return customer, I love trying all the new flavors!
