My friend received a coupon for $2.99 Tacos on Tuesday. That is the only reason I came here. A woman and her children were waiting in front of me at the hostess table. We stood without anyone walking over or acknowledging us for a while even though staff walked back and forth no one stopped which was weird. The woman walked over to the food counter and someone finally approached her to help her which left me still standing at the hostess table. Finally a woman walked up and asked if I needed something. Hmmmmmm how about a table ma’am. I mean why else would I be standing there.🙄… overall I wasn’t impressed with the service or the food. I didn’t even get the cheap tacos. I got the flautas and I didn’t enjoy them. The shell they used had a weird taste to me. The avocado ranch dip is delicious. Oh and the floor was grossly sticky walking in the door and to the table we sat at. Please mop. It has been a few years since I’ve been to this OTB location and I don’t think I will be returning.
