Guilty as charged. I'm already having naughty thoughts about this ramen and it hasn't been more than a few moments since I savored every slurp. Devilishly smooth broth. Pork so tender it's sinful. Spice hitting just right. I'm simply in love.

Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen
A competitive rival for the best ramen we’ve had in Salt Lake, though much closer to home which helps tip our scales, One Noodle Bar has us excited about ramen again! *Also currently our absolute number one spot for potstickers!* I was stunned when I found out they were cooked from frozen, though it doesn’t bother me when they taste like they do once it hits the table. Such a drool worthy dipping sauce to go with excellent gyoza.
They’ve recently begun a loyalty reward card as well, with one free bowl of ramen after you buy five, and have rolled out ramen combos where you can choose a small appetizer to go with your bowl for a fixed price. Their winter special is a Tan Tan ramen bowl and we are in love with it right now.

Ramen was tasty and the gyoza were delicious. Service was very friendly and quick. Atmosphere isn’t anything fancy. Good for a quick bite out.

I was excited for this because it had such great reviews but the Ramen was so blah. The broth had 0 taste . Consistency of the soup was watery. I was on a keto diet so didn't want noodles. The waitress seemed very disinterested she did not wanna ask the kitchen staff for the possible substitutions . Usually other places like Jinya ramen will provide cabbage mushroom and a couple more steamed veggies. I only got cut up cabbage and a very small bowl of it. I had to ask for me. The meat was ok. Overall I do not recommend this place for ramen. My friends had yakisoba and they liked it .

Fantastic new ramen shop! The food is fresh and delicious, its great to have something new to try in the area. The pork (or fried chicken) buns are to die for, the spicy tankatsu ramen and yummy duck ramen were incredible! For fish fans, the tamaki was really tasty with great quality fish. The ramen portions are big and affordable, definitely worth making a stop here!

Duck Bun
We were looking for something different on the last night of our ski trip and stumbled upon One Noodle Bar - it is amazing! Based on some of the other reviews I tried the Yummy Duck Ramen - so good! Soft shell crab buns were also delicious - I honestly don't think you can go wrong at this place. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area!
I have been here for their ramen and it has been amazing the couple times I have tried it here!
It is right next to Harmons so you can go grocery shopping before or after, no need to worry about going shopping hungry!
If you stop by you won’t be disappointed, I have gotten healthy ramen where they cannot do the noodles gluten free so what they did was to substitute cabbage instead, making it even healthier and so delicious! Will be back!

Perfect place for ramen! Recommend the duck ramen, you can't get it anywhere else, it's very special. Always remember to add an extra seasoned egg because the egg just too good to be true. If u are craving comfort food, the bun always a good choice. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask the staff. They will definitely help you find the perfect ramen for you!
I'm VERY reluctant to give a 5 star, but One has consistently proven to be tasty, reliable, (relatively) cheap and super accommodating (when I ask for the Spicy Tonkatsu mixed with the Garlic Bomb they never mind that it's off-menu, and I HIGHLY recommend it!).
I've probably been there a dozen times now and have yet to leave disappointed once. (I mean, sometimes I've ordered other than my usual and with I had ordered my usual, but I can hardly blame them for giving me a great dish when I normally order my standard, terrific one.)
All-in-all, One is one of my favorite regular spots. So much so that if I thought they were a 4 star I wouldn't leave a review because it would hurt their 4.7, and they definitely deserve that, if not higher.
I highly recommend them!
