We decided to venture off the trail of packed beach bars that have the same fodder and feel you'd find in any ubiquitous chain, and what a fortunate choice! Our waiter was extremely affable and made a brilliant suggestion to pair champagne with our oysters which blasted the brunch off with a splendid and unexpected zip. The Cajun omelette was prepared with a perfect balance of alligator sausage, shrimp and vegetables and a balanced piquant cream sauce. The chicken and biscuits to follow were perfection in a juicy southern comforting conclusion. This joint takes very good care and pride in their ingredients and preparation. We were a party of four visiting from out of town. Everything we had was absolutely wonderful. The cocktails were fantastic, and they had a great selection of craft beer. We were enjoying it so much that we didn’t take any pictures. The Tipsy Cat was so good that we ordered another. The crawfish etoufee and duck poppers were splendid! Our waiter let us try a new drink pairing too. We will definitely make sure to eat here on our next visit.
