Dropped in here for a quick bite and drink. Food order was late and they insisted that i do not pay for it along with a thousand apologies. Could not ask for a more friendly staff. Went back every night during our stay in LPB and can only rate 5 stars and 10 out of ten for this delightful place. Last night we were there i admired the little printed drink coasters and asked where i could buy some. He asked how many i would like and then gave me six and despite my insistence refused to accept payment. They apparently have just moved to this location and we wish them much much deserved success in the future. Thank you management and staff of the Opera House Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was ok. They were able to make us an off the menu dish by request. Drinks were really good, though. I loved all the art located in every corner and wall of the restaurant. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Open at this location for 5 days, but they exist already for 12 years. Very nice to eat or have a drink. Nice personal!

December 01, 2022 dinner. After an afternoon excursion we were looking for a bite to eat and a drink, our hotel did not have anything close to our expectations. We decided to go out and look for a resto-bar. We came across 3 or 6 and selected the Opera House. Great choice, great food, drinks at a reasonable price. The beef burger moist and juicy. The chicken satay good and the Belgian fries crispy. Service was equally good. A name to keep in mind. Surprise.... I ask to pay with my Visa. Cc andin Kips but I was told that there would be a 3% surcharge if paying in K,IPS.

Food was so-so and I think a little overpriced for a chicken kebab wrap with dry chicken. Also the waiters didn't correctly register the beers (they registered different, more expensive ones on the bill), so that was kind of annoying... Great food and drinks with a nice atmosphere (however the music was maybe just a little bit too loud at times). Good vegetarian and vegan options too! The decor is interesting and comfortable. Good value food and drink! I keep coming back here for their vegetarian springs rolls and spicy papaya salad. Taste is consistent, it’s one of the best vegetarian spring rolls I’ve ever had. Also, staff are very nice and prices on the menu are cheaper compared to other restaurants on the main street.

Went to Opera House for happy hour and dinner. We were a little worried because we read quite a few reviews about bland food. I had vegan Phad Lao which was extremely flavorful and delicious. My husband had the pesto falafel wrap which was also good. The only thing it could use was some sort of sauce as it was a little dry. We are both happy we went and would go back again!
