Enjoy Hoboken Historical Museum and visit this bar. Mexican cuisine is served at Orale Mexican Kitchen. It's time to try good chips and guacamole, prawns and nacho chips. You will like its food, particularly tasty biscuits, tres leches cakes and churros. Take your chance to taste delicious margaritas, beer or wine. This place is famous for great coffee. A cosy atmosphere and beautiful interior make this place so good. The high ratings of this spot would be impossible without the nice staff. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are average. This bar has received Google 4.3 according to the guests' opinions.

Used to love this place and dined in every chance I got but the staff has really gone down hill. I was here with a friend and was served by Shalom and she had no customer service whatsoever. Maybe she was having a bad day I don’t know but I only saw her laughing and smiling with her coworkers. I noticed when another guest asked her questions about the menu she was very rude as well. Food had NO taste either. Shalom decided halfway through our visit that she would stop coming to our table to check on us. She only returned to pack our to go’s and give us the check. Got home with my guac and found a wrapper in it too. A mess. Ohhh && went to the restroom and there was a lovely amount of urine on the seat. cleanliness should be more closely monitored since there is also children who frequently dine in. That is all! The atmosphere is really good, We like the service too. Their tacos were nice and worth the price. We ordered their testing guacamole - 5. And we didn't like that much. We were expecting something new and 5 different flavored guacamole cooked/ made differently. Instead, they served us just the guacamole + different cheese and flavor sprinkled on top... Not at all worth $22. We loved their hot sauces. Overall, good experience but overpriced. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Orale Mexican Kitchen in Hoboken is a culinary gem, offering an unforgettable Mexican dining experience. The 'Day of the Dead' decor creates a lively atmosphere, perfect for enjoying their standout dish, the Line Caught Atlantic Seared Salmon, with its unique blend of cranberry chipotle relish and truffle honey escabeche. But the highlight for me is their margaritas – each one a perfect mix of flavor and finesse. Whether you're in for a hearty meal or just sipping on their signature cocktails, Orale's vibrant setting and exquisite flavors make it a must-visit spot in Hoboken. My girlfriend and I were very disappointed by the food here. We got the shrimp and the carnitas tacos (pictured below). The tortillas were cold, rubbery, and seemingly straight out of the bag. The shrimp tacos were served cold and simply did not taste good. The carnitas were arguably not carnitas (as shown), and mostly consisted of pickled onions. To be fair, the guacamole and house margs were solid. The atmosphere and space were good, but we most certainly will not be returning. A waste of money. We planned our annual company party of 40 people in the private room and received the worst costumer service experience I have ever had. Our group of employees are the most polite and respectful people I know. No alcohol was served at this event. When we started to do our Christmas Games which was informed to the manger prior, one of the employees denied us the right to play. Initially he was going to cancel our party because of the games he was not informed about, however, his supervisor gave us permission to play. At 8:45 they rudely pushed us out the door. This is not a Latino-Friendly restaurant. The irony behind it all is that this is a Mexican Restaurant. Very disappointed, shame on you. As a business owner myself, I bend backwards for my clients to make them happy. Do not recommend. Save your time and MONEY. Awesome food. Fantastic drinks. Great interior and friendly staff. Really enjoyed my experience here at Orale. The tacos were delicious and the margaritas are one hundred percent recommended. The interior is designed perfectly with a "Dia de los Muertos" vibe and it's definitely a good spot for dinner. The place is decorated very nicely with lots of colors and a vibrant feel. It's definitely a vibe and great place for pictures however the food wasn't good at all. The chicken tacos have a Guajillo & Honey Marinate which was pungent and so strong that it's all you tasted. The mahi mahi tacos had an overwhelming fishy smell. The guacamole was very bland and also tasteless. If you want to have a drink and enjoy the scenery by the bar great but for a meal, I'd go elsewhere Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The flautas the Pollo were very good as well as the guacamole. The only thing with the guacamole was that there were huge chunks in it. Usually guacamole is smashed in a way where you can pick it up smoothly with chips, our guacamole had chunks, and we had to use a fork to grab it….the truffle ribeye burrito was underwhelming as it’s mostly filled with rice and beans with only small pieces of the ribeye. I guess for $27 what you’re paying for is the truffle sauce aspect of the dish but honestly burritos don’t need truffle sauce for $27 I expect more meat in the dish. See photo where the entire right hand side of burrito is beans and the left is rice with like 6 itty bits of meat. Other than the burrito situation, the atmosphere, the decor and the staff were five stars. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
