We had a fantastic experience with this place. Food has been so tasty and perfectly served. Also the prices are so low! Inside you can feel like at home and thete is great atmosphere. Strongly recommend this place.

Tasty food and fast service. However, after paying we realized that we were charged over 11 euros for a bottle of water. As we returned to the restaurant few minutes later, the first comment we received from the waiter was that it is “because we ordered the large bottle of water” and only after further insisting he said it was a mistake and returned to us 6 euros.

Stopped at this place for a late lunch while riding through. It was better than we had anticipated, and well deserving of the reviews provided by previous diners. The service was warm, friendly and hospitable without being overbearing. We ordered the classic burger from the menu, not expecting to be so impressed. Every element was exceptionally well done. The beef patty was well cooked with a good pink colouring to the middle, the bun was excellently balanced not too sweet. The ingredients were well co-ordinated , and the chips were much more brilliant than your average chip. They were lovely and thick cut, finished in a parsley butter. Honestly couldn't fault this place, would highly recommend to anyone looking for good food and a good atmosphere.

Absolutely a wonderful meal for myself and my other travel mates! We had grilled sausage with grilled vegetables, meat risotto and mushrooms with eggs. The food was homemade and simply fantastic. Even the mustard and sausages were homemade!

The best Slovenian dish: homemade sausage with side of grilled vegetables served with homemade, yummy mustard and horseradish. You will not go wrong with any choice. Compliments to the young talented chef!!!!

Great potential, and a much needed addition to dining in Skofja Loka. But they are obviously experiencing growing pains ... the food is good, but the service is pretty bad, though I blame the management not the service staff.. Very understaffed when I went (for dinner), long wait, incomplete order, warm beer & wine, cold food. Most of the time I was there, the chef seemed to be outside drinking and smoking with his mates, although it was very busy.
I'll go back for the food, but I hope the service improves.

Excellent food and service, fair prices. I had the liver and homemade ice tea (raspberry) and both were perfectly made! Generous portions, great quality, friendly staff.
