Having seen Funtown Splashtown USA, it's time to have a rest at this pizzeria. According to the guests' reviews, Vegetarian dishes here are tasty. Taste perfectly cooked Pepperoni, pies and pizza salads to form your opinion about Otto. Do not go away without eating good biscuits. Come here and try delicious beer, margaritas or wine. Come to this place for great lemonade. The staff is said to be efficient here. The cool service shows a high level of quality at this spot. According to the visitors' opinions, prices are fair. It's a good place with the cozy atmosphere. This pizzeria has got Google 4.2 according to the visitors' opinions.

I've been here a handful of times now and once the pizza was alright but the other times the crust just wasn't crispy at all like the original location. I think they need to crank up the oven temp a bit or something. Good service tho Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been going to Otto’s since they opened their first location on congress st in Portland, I frequented both locations in Portland for years. I have dined at the Lynnfield, MA location. Recently dined in the Biddeford location. The service and food has always been fantastic. Last night was our first time dining at the Saco location and I just want to put my experience out there and hopes that someone will take it without negativity. We were sat near the counter near the pickup door, I understand there is customers coming in and out to get their food, but burrrrr. I shuttered every time that door opened because the wind would hit my legs. I received my salad before my drinks, had to ask to make sure they were coming, when I ordered my drink I also asked for a water, which I never received. We got our food in a timely manner and it was great, yet my husband had to get up in the middle of our dinner and go up to our waitress at the counter to order 1 more round of drinks, who her and 2 other female employees were on their mobile devices, one clearly taking selfies. It’s a laid back atmosphere, but to not even bother to check on your tables or pay any attention rubbed me the wrong way. When my husband ordered the round of drinks, she brought our check instead. We had to have her print off another for the drinks we ordered, we weren’t even finished eating but she asked if we wanted to box up our food, at this point I agreed just because I wasn’t finding it relaxing on a child free, date night on Friday. Not coming from a negative place, and I hardly write reviews, but maybe some suggestions that management could improve on. We watched a couple walk out because they were ignored for 10 minutes. Again, the food was amazing as always, but I think the seating should be fixed a little so Patrons aren’t freezing on the end near the door, and the waitresses could use a little more direction. Double dough cheese pizza from Otto is my number one. The atmosphere is meh, the service is as good as any other place, but their pizza is fantastic. Prices aren’t too shabby either. 10/10 would recommend. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I have been to this location several times. Service is normally good but when they get busy staff seems to get overwhelmed and a bit disorganized. The pizza is decent but not my favorite, some of the toppings they offer are different and quite good if you're looking for a change. I thought the prices were fine. They focus on craft beers (which I don't generally care for) but they do have some selections I like in bottle or can. I'm sure I will be visiting again as it is very close to where I live and work. First visit since covid, pizza was really good as was the service. Always seem to have new servers last several visits. The pizza is always great but more often than not I have an issue when picking my order up. Pizza had been burnt twice after waiting over and hour to pick my food up just to be told I need to wait 10 more minutes to re cook my pizza. Last time I will be ordering out at this location. I feel awful for saying anything bad because I never had Otto or even heard of them. I won a $50 gift card from a raffle, and I was told nothing but the best the best the best👍I relocated from Bangor, to work in South Portland. So this past Monday night, I swung in to check out the menu....I was slightly confused by it after being told they had anything I could think of......😔 Not the case. I got 2 orders of meatballs....can't mess those up. I burned up the gift card on large spicy pulled pork with it's added items. Long story short, filled up on meatballs and packed up the pizza in fridge. I warmed up half the pizza last night after work and that's where I immediately was disgusted with it. I know it says spicy, but that was overkill and only heat..... sadly, I don't trust the food now but I'd love to have a few brews sometime. Looks chill. I still have the other half in my fridge and will probably use it as an animal repellent out back. The pizza was incredible, as you can see from the picture. I ordered the 4 cheese and added tomato as well as extra roasted garlic. The roasted garlic was my favorite. I arrived just after it was ready(which is a very good thing because there is no warming system. Your finished pizza just gets stacked on an open wire shelf with the rest of them). I also ordered and received 3 sides of ranch that were on top of the box when it was handed to me. Nothing was said. It was only when I got to the car, placed the pizza on the front seat(which has a slight tilt) and watched the dressings slide off that I realized the covers were far too large and were just sitting on top of the containers. Ranch dressing everywhere, through every microscopic hole in the vented seats. I understand that mistakes happen(ordering the wrong size cover). But, warn your customers! Better yet, put tape over the top of the lid! At nearly $25 for one small pizza plus tip, I expect that level of service. What happened to me was completely avoidable, ruined my dinner(I did eat that beautiful pizza, but when it was cold because of all the cleanup) and will cost me a detailing because I do not have the necessary tools to get the remaining residue out. Accidents happen. I have tried a few different locations and will continue to try more. I encourage you to do the same. This Saco, ME location was mobbed on a Monday night, which tells you something. I'm not that big of a flatbread fan, so ymmv as that seems to be what kind of pizza is here. They seem to seat people without regard to how much service staff they (don't) have. Expect to wait. The Good: Was seated relatively quickly. Food came out quite fast after order was taken. Okay beer selection. Vegan options! The Meh: Not really a flatbread pizza fan but I've had better either way. Not bad. Very odd choice in red sauce distribution (see pic) as it is very uneven which makes some bites okay and some not. The Bad: The staff is nice but severely understaffed. Once my food came out I didn't see anyone for upwards of a half hour. Some of that time is sitting with an empty beer glass and an empty water glass.
