Shout out to Brook she was quick and we didn’t have to wait too long. Drinks were great try the Smoked Watermelon Paloma. Then try any steak😙 Great experience especially if like a quiet intimate layer back atmosphere. Brought my mother and father before for their Anniversary and tonight was date night. Thanks Brook!!! My family and I are pretty big fans of Outback Steakhouse. We came here on a random weekday evening for a late dinner and we were seated immediately. Our server was wonderful and patient with us. She communicated well while balancing multiple tables. The food itself was good as always. We tried the chocolate cake per our servers recommendation and it hit the spot. I personally enjoy the darker setting of this place but I do feel that the lamps over the table are just too close to eye level. With this being a chain restaurant, I’m still overall satisfied with the consistency that we get when we dine here. We ate here twice on a 3-night stay. The first night we came in around 8p.m., the second around 7:30p.m. We got Ahi Tuna for an appetizer and my husband and I both got steak. He got a ribeye and I got the Filet Mignon and Lobster. The steak was cooked to the temperature we ordered, the sides were tasty, service was really good (never had to ask for a refill). Parking was decent, and we were seated right away. Both tickets were around $110 for 2 people (my husband got 2 beers 🍻) which of course, brought the price up. Overall it was great. Update Feb 24th. Used the link given to me in the reply. Submitted it on the 15. Gave my phone number gave my email. It says they will respond within 24-48 hours, never received a response. Valentines blah... No, I don't hate Valentines Day. Outback was a treat to my family for it, but the experience was not worth over 200. My hubs has covid, so rather than go out with masks on, I decided this would be amazing. I placed our order at 2 for 6:45. I thought this would be great. Picked up our food, and it was ready. But I got home to find sides I paid for missing had no bread. I called and let them know I asked if we could get a couple of extra loaves of bread since there are 4 of us, and we didn't have any. Guy said he would take care of us. Of course, this ruined the meal because we had to drive back and wait for the sides. Got home sides were not even warm, and he put one loaf of bread in. By this point, the meals were all cold. We had to take turns warming up our steaks. Sat down to eat, and 2 of the steaks were rare when I say rare, I mean, blood rare. It was a bust. I understand it was Valentines Day and they were busy but at the same time my to go money was just as good as if our family of 4 went inside to eat but it seemed to us like to go's on Valentines don't rate the same quality as sit down. I was trying to do something nice for my family since, of course, going out wasn't a good option. Just be aware when ordering to go on a holiday. Best dining out experience we have had in a long time! Everything was great, from start to finish! Our waitress, Brooke was so welcoming and friendly, and very attentive!
